Those tweets about Hillary are exactly right. I am by no means a raging Hillary fan, however, the treatment of her by the media and even people from her own party was nothing less than old fashioned misogynistic hate.
The fact is I don't think it is possible to spend as long as she has in government and be a presidential candidate without having had to do some distasteful things and hung out with some unpleasant people. I am constantly in awe at how whiter than white and has turned out to be. Despite intense scrutiny and digging into every aspect of her life and career there has not been even a whisper of corruption or dirty dealings uncovered. It is frankly amazing and my respect for her just goes up and up with every failed smear.
For me the mistake that was made with Hillary was believing that because a black man got voted in as President that meant anyone could be. We all forgot that as a white woman Hillary is still missing a vital word and that word is 'man'.
