AIBU to be absolutely sick of people asking 'AIBU'?

I can't believe that on such a site as this where parents go for advice or a chat that everything is based around 'AIBU'!
I hadn't been on here for a while but it is just full of this - please think of something else to post and slow down on the AIBU's.
Am I the only one who is tired of this? Seriously, let me know if I am - maybe I'm missing something or maybe there are more important things for people to post about?

I've been bleating on about people posting mindlessly in Aibu since Aibu first appeared on Mumsnet about 8 years ago.

Yes, people can hide it but then they might miss threads that really interest them or that they can help people on. Such as: aibu to ask what to offer on this property?, or aibu to ask where to buy x?, or aibu how do you organise nanny tax?

AIBU should be re-named Petty Gripes. That would stop the nonsense.

And the thought that some Mumsnetters see AIBU as their spiritual home where they can act like a twat to their hearts content, and never venture out onto the wider talk boards makes me pmsl.

Good post Hecate and I agree to a great extent.

The site needs fewer topics and moderators who will quietly move non-aibu aibu threads to them without the need for reporting.

AND it needs to be re-named Petty Gripes. Because at the start there was never the intention for people to post about serious mental health or relationship issues in Aibu. Or to ask mundane every day questions where the op just wants a factual answer. Aibu to ask about my smelly washing machine for eg.
