WIBU to ram this van blocking me in!?

Been blocked in by a blue van. Parked outside some houses where there are no parking restrictions at all to take 9 mo DTwins for a walk and have come back to find a van parked at a weird angle blocking me in. There's another car parked next to me and no way I can wiggle out without bashing the car or van.

What do I do?

Ring non emergency police line. Make sure you tell them you have babies in the car. Do you have food for them OP ? Mention that as well.

I'd keep beeping the horn, I'm not that bothered about being told to shut up, I'd just ignore them .

But I'm assuming, an hour later, you're out of there! Hopefully home with a nice cuppa.

So sorry yes I'm out!!!! The guy parked the other side of me came back and moved so I managed to hard lock and get out with no damage to any cars.
