Had completely forgotten about shop so joined DD in bath ...so guess could have been worse! Was out and in PJs when arrived. Trust me, the delivery driver did NOT look impressed!!

This month numerous delivery men have seen me in my pjs and also the bin men when DS informed me they'd arrived and we had to run out to put the bins down the drive. They were new pjs, so they were probably really jealous of them, they're fleecy and very snuggly.

I don't get Ocado deliveries though, so maybe they are a better breed of delivery driver. If I do order from them I'll be sure to wear a ball gown when they drop off.

I've opened the door in a sports bra and shorts...

I don't think you did anything bad. But there currently is another Pyjama thread full of women saying how they don't even open the door wearing their Pyjamas, so, who knows? ;)

I generally hide (in my pjs) and let DP deal with the Sainsbury's order, but the other day was caught out by the next door man calling to collect a parcel we had taken in for them. I was in the bath, and had a facemask on...

Always in mine too! Ours is usually 9-10pm!

MLGs · 30/12/2016 21:46

I thought that was totally normal.

My postman opens my bedroom window to launch my post in so I don't have to get up Grin
We have an agreement as I'm asleep during the day, I leave the ground floor window on the latch. He knocks on window, opens it, throws post in and shuts window. Ace to open parcels in bed Smile

PhilODox Haha, we always called them jim-jams in our house. In fact, I've only started using the term 'PJs' very recently because other people seem to! I think I shall reclaim 'jim-jams' and call them nothing else from this point onwards. :)

Phew. Am now over it!,

I am surprised you did not ask one of the servants to go for you!
