to think there's too much sex on Netflix?

Not to be too puritanical... Part of the reason I got the subscription was so my ageing dad would have something decent to watch over Christmas!

The Medicis is the latest offender. I want to watch an interesting series with the family, without being subjected to intermittent scenes featuring Florentine whores getting rid, to put it bluntly.

Can they not at least have a "parent-friendly" button to avoid uncomfortable scenes?? I've nothing against a good sex scene when relevant to the story but it just seems totally gratuitous most of the time.

Watch Borgia (not the version with Jeremy Irons in it) on Netflix. Full of sex Grin

Could you point me towards these shows with graphic sex scenes. For, ahem, research purpose.

Badcat666 · 18/12/2016 12:16

We need a naughty Netflix list Grin.. for research purposes of course.

So people can ummm.. avoid them. Yes.. avoid them... not watch them...

Footinmouthasusual · 18/12/2016 12:18

Perhaps your aging dad enjoys it though. Grin

UnbornMortificado · 18/12/2016 12:26

Blood and sand apparently.

Makes a change from storage hunters so I shan't complain.

QueenLizIII · 18/12/2016 12:27

Definitely Borgia. But not the crap one with Jeremy Irons in it. There are two Borgia series made and the one without Jeremy Irons is better.

It has full frontal nudity. Very graphic sex scenes, pregnant sex, sex with people in the room watching (to confirm consummation of a marriage), people walking in on each other, orgies, etc.

QueenLizIII · 18/12/2016 12:29

Borgia is defined one for the naughty netflix avoid list Grin

m.imdb.com/title/tt1736341/

QueenLizIII · 18/12/2016 12:48

Defined? Meant definitely!

EastMidsMummy · 18/12/2016 12:52

The movie "Love" is the rudest thing on Netflix.

The Netflix original TV show "Love" is a fun show, worth checking out.

ElizaSchuyler · 18/12/2016 18:04

Loved the Crown (we borrowed dd's Netflix subscription to watch it)

We are now watching Designated Survivor. No sex so far & it's the best thing I've watched since The West Wing & that's saying something.

GeekyWombat · 18/12/2016 18:34

I'd suggest you watch The Crown but I'm not sure how your dad might feel about Matt Smith's naked bottom. Is that a problem?

Adding Designated Survivor to my watch list purely because of the West Wing comparison Eliza - I kind of assumed it was more of a 24 type thing (not just because of Kiefer Sutherland).

ElizaSchuyler · 18/12/2016 19:02

We tried Madame Secretary but petered out with it. I've never watched 24. Reviews say Designated Survivor has some similarities. We are really enjoying it.

MrsMattBomer · 19/12/2016 16:50

I quite enjoyed Matt Smith's naked bottom. It gave me a reason to put my specs on, anyway.

ihearttea · 20/12/2016 20:31

'Love' is very rude and definitely one for the naughty list!
