Struggling for ideas...

AddictedtoGreys · 10/12/2016 13:23

Mine like Arthur Christmas

HallowedMimic · 10/12/2016 13:23

Santa Clause The Movie, and yes, definitely Home Alone!

daveyfish · 10/12/2016 13:23

Get Santa - my two same age love it

SprogletsMum · 10/12/2016 13:24

I like Arthur Christmas and they're only short films but prep and landing 1&2 are good too.

bibbitybobbityyhat · 10/12/2016 13:25

Home Alone is a cracking film!

Dh and I were out last night and our 15 and 13 year olds had an M&S curry infront of the tv together and watched the first two Home Alone films to get them in the festive mood. They must have seen them every year for at least the last 7 or 8 years but still love them.

Kranksy · 10/12/2016 13:25

polar express is lovely.

ForkYou · 10/12/2016 13:25

A Christmas Story

bibbitybobbityyhat · 10/12/2016 13:26

101 Dalmations (the Glenn Close version) is a funny film too and has a wintry/Christmas theme.

marsybum · 10/12/2016 13:26

The Santa clause (and 2 and 3), Arthur Christmas

RaptorInaPorkPieHat · 10/12/2016 13:28

Get Santa (Jim Broadbent, Warrick Davis)
The Grinch

LHReturns · 10/12/2016 13:28

This is very helpful!

Fred Claus is nice for the older one, but your four year old not so much.

I would welcome any ideas of festive films for a 2.5 year old....so far we only have Mickey's Twice Upon A Christmas that he will tolerate!

ScoobyDoosTinklyLaugh · 10/12/2016 13:30

I'm currently watching deck the halls and it's shit.

Trifleorbust · 10/12/2016 13:31

Nativity (Martin Freeman)

SallyGinnamon · 10/12/2016 13:31

Mine loved Home Alone - and Home Alone 2 even more.

Crisscrosscranky · 10/12/2016 13:32

We've currently got Deck the Halls on. I think it's shit; DD(9) thinks it's hilarious.

ScoobyDoosTinklyLaugh · 10/12/2016 13:51

DP thought deck the halls was good - was quite star studded.

Nine lives of Christmas is on now, I'll give a verdict in 10 mins.

restinginmyaccount · 10/12/2016 14:01

It's a Wonderful Life
Arthur Christmas
and .. not as bad as you think ... Barbie: A Perfect Christmas

And Die Hard (if your kids are old enough)!

Lovewineandchocs · 10/12/2016 14:08

LHReturns Curious George's A Very Monkey Christmas is quite cute Smile
