It's the only cheese in the house. AIBU?
I would like to add the cheese was purchased by someone else and I forgot to buy naice cheese when I went shopping earlier.

What did you have, OP?

WindInThePussyWillows · 30/11/2016 22:07

Cheesey Chinese sounds so grim, there are no words Envy

OohhItsNotHoxton · 30/11/2016 22:17

There was no cheese involved in the Chinese. I don't think they do cheese in China, but am happy to be corrected.
I had a mixed starter (prawn toast, ribs and seaweed). Special chow me in, special chop suey, smoked chicken, and sweet and sour chicken balls. And a free portion of prawn crackers. Just over half of it is in the fridge if anyone fancies a bit?

Haha late response but no I used to cook it the night before, take it to work and microwave it with a damp bit of kitchen roll over the top

Pure class

Me. I want it.

I can leave DC alone for a bit whilst I come and collect, right? He's asleep. 😂

liz70 · 30/11/2016 22:39

I want plastic cheese now, but I only have Double Gloucester and extra mature Cheddar in the fridge. Sad

WindInThePussyWillows · 30/11/2016 22:43

Would you look after two 7 month old boys whilst I scoff down your Chinese and have a food coma induced nap? I wonder if the trains are still running..

Macsmurray · 30/11/2016 22:48

Looks like windinthepussywillows is setting up two babies for a cheese race!!

WindInThePussyWillows · 30/11/2016 22:52

Funny you should say that...

I promise he didn't eat it/ was at risk of choking, he just squished it up.

OohhItsNotHoxton · 30/11/2016 23:40

He'll I would be Delighted to care for babies whilst my Chinese is eaten. I am very broody and my eldest is 29 and yet to breed the next generation.

Tis nice to see babies being baby led on plastic cheese

I've just bought some reduced tins of soup, 2 are dented and I thought of you OP!

EveOnline2016 · 02/12/2016 15:20

From experience it don't work.

2rebecca · 02/12/2016 16:18

I think plastic cheese is the best sort of cheese for omelettes, macaroni cheese, anything where it needs melting. Save the vintage cheddar for eating with biscuits.

2rebecca · 02/12/2016 16:20

Have just seen you mean cheese in plastic sachets. I call cheap slab cheddar plastic cheese.
