It's always halumi.

Why? Why must it always be halumi?

How many different ways can you do halumi?

Why do restaurants never think outside the box?

Whirly that side dish I'd have refused to pay £30 that's outrageous!

I love haggis, have it every hogmonay and burns night that recipe is not haggis! Nowhere near enough flavour.

I like halloumi. But yes, the veggie options often seem to be the same thing - goat's cheese tart or mushroom risotto. Restaurants and pubs aren't always very imaginative.

Hmm... I'll have to have another look - I've always thought it was as tasty as a Hall's veggie haggis, say. Confused

Tell me, how would you tweak it, Graphista?

Graphista · 18/11/2016 23:42

I'd add leek, cinnamon and nutmeg.

I LOVE halloumi!
