ADishBestEatenCold · 05/11/2016 13:13

Have emailed seller.

user1477282676 · 05/11/2016 13:13

Have they twitter? Let's fuck them up.

user1477282676 · 05/11/2016 13:16

Their twitter has NINE followers! Cocks.

I'm looking at their FB now.

WorraLiberty · 05/11/2016 13:26

Jesus Christ that's awful.

Musicinthe00ssucks · 05/11/2016 13:28

That is disgusting. Usually I'm pretty anti pearl clutching for the sake of being outraged, but really that is fucking disgraceful. I'm also making a complaint. and who in their right mind would even consider wearing it

LC01 · 05/11/2016 13:33

I've just sent an email and tweeted them. Unless people complain/out them, companies will continue to produce and sell these vile items to make money.

crashdoll · 05/11/2016 13:34

I'm another who was going to roll their eyes until I actually saw it. It's disgusting and not even remotely funny. Ugh.

MySordidCakeSecret · 05/11/2016 13:36

jesus christ Sad

TheWitTank · 05/11/2016 13:37

Urgh. Just awful. Who the fuck would wear one of those anyway?! Emailed.

BeckyAndTina · 05/11/2016 13:37

I´ve just emailed to complain, and asked them to remove it from their stock.

MimsyFluff · 05/11/2016 13:43

Fucking hell has ched evans starting a T-shirt company!

manicinsomniac · 05/11/2016 13:50

Is there any chance it's a really ill advised attempt at sarcasm - ie meant to ridicule the system that cleared Ched Evans?

The fact that it's a woman's shirt not a man's made me wonder.

Because why on earth would a woman wear it otherwise??

Really poor taste either way.

RubbishMantra · 05/11/2016 13:55

I'm Shock Angry and have emailed them too.

No wonder we exist in such a rapey culture, if that's supposed to be "amusing".

I wonder if they've sold any?

roseteapot101 · 05/11/2016 13:57

i just bet websites like this aim to make the most offensive product just for the shock value. The more shock value the more their website is spread and the more free advertising they get

LockedOutOfMN · 05/11/2016 13:59

That's horrendous. I've emailed them too. Thanks for raising awareness, OP.

KidLorneRoll · 05/11/2016 14:00

"i just bet websites like this aim to make the most offensive product just for the shock value. The more shock value the more their website is spread and the more free advertising they get"

Of course that's the point. The more people complain and post threads like this, the more they get.

Just ignore it. It's a dreadful t-shirt, but nobody has the right not to be offended by anything to the point of telling other people what they can and cannot buy.

user1477282676 · 05/11/2016 14:07

Kid I beg to differ. Hate speech against women is now seen as a crime in some counties. The same as racist speech.

www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/home-news/nottinghamshire-police-to-record-misogyny-and-harassment-against-women-as-hate-crimes-a7134306.html

This t shirt has a slogan on it which makes a joke of date rape.

It's hate speech...or rather hate text.

Amammi · 05/11/2016 14:08

Kid I dont agree with you as I'm sure they are not vetting the age of purchasers and with something so dangerous that needs to happen.

I also agree with Kid. I loathe this t-shirt but already a poster has referred to the recent CE case, giving it more publicity. By promoting it - and we are doing so - the publicity just keep being generated.

Women are not stupid, they will not buy this rubbish and nor will they let it go uncommented on if their peers buy/wear it.

The times are a-changing and I firmly believe that. I have to.

KidLorneRoll · 05/11/2016 14:21

This t-shirt is hardly hate speech. It is, at worst, a joke in (subjectively) poor taste.

Do you think the people selling things naively think that nobody is going to get offended by it? Of course not. All threads like this is give them the oxygen of publicity and is driving traffic to their website, and I can bet that somebody is smiling with glee at an inbox full of outrage because in there will be a bump in sales too..

DonaldStott · 05/11/2016 14:29

Oh my god. That has turned my stomach. Utterly vile

gunting · 05/11/2016 14:31

What the fuck?!!Shock

funnyandwittyusername · 05/11/2016 14:31

User- you're slightly wrong there with regard to "hate speech" Rules were put in some time ago with regard to this. Police forces must now record reports from the public of incidents that they believe are motivated by race/disability/sexuality and (in Nottinghamshire alone) misogyny. It doesn't necessarily make them crimes. So for eg you are refused service in a shop. You believe it is because of your race, regardless of any supporting evidence of this it is recorded on police systems. Providing no actual laws are broken such as assaults/public order nothing is actually done about it.

So if one lives in Nottinghamshire they could report it, because no evidence is needed. For the rest of England and Wales nothing would be done.

Halfapintofshandy · 05/11/2016 14:32

Didn't take long but a good thing to expose this:
