In fucking November as well?? Angry

Neighbours got a puppy a couple of days ago and seem to have left it outside ever since to cry it's little heart out. Sad

Alexa I fond it better to report not anonymously. You can also opt for the Inspector who goes out to see the animal, to ring you back and tell you what happened. I found this less stressful as - though nothing happened, in the case we reported - I'd have been wondering forever, if I hadn't known the upshot, and why they could do nothing.

Also I got the distinct impression that although my neighbours denied everything, (and there were no marks on the dog but Inspector said that is often the case even with severe beatings), the Inspector ended up believing me, once she had spoken to me directly. It is an option to waive anonymity (they won't tell the person who reported if you do). I'm just posting this for anyone else reading this, in a similar position to OP.

In my case it was obviously our house reporting them as no-one else overlooks their drive and there are no houses opposite. So I knew by even reporting it, I was outing myself.
