Yes. Lots of pissed mum's in middle of night, hhmmm!!
Agree now the flowere thing sounds a bit crap, he's never done that but I was trying to think of things that could be romantic.
He did do the bath thing for me though and it was So nice cos it was unexpected.

Better grow a thicker skin then.
Actually my friend who got me into MN, says arguing with people on here makes it more addictive, than less.
Did kill my buzz a bit though.

After 10 years together and a baby on the way, I told my OH we were getting engaged. Not the most romantic proposal but if I were waiting for him, it would never happen!
We had our second son and I suggested an intimate wedding with just family and our 2 boys giving us away. He agreed and it was such a beautiful day. I think OH was scared I waned a huge wedding but honestly, what we had was so beautiful and peaceful.

Fuck me, THIRTEEN YEARS LATER a zombie thread is resurrected - that’s got to be a record right?!

@TerrorWig

If only there had been an unusual word like "valentine" in the title as a clue to it not being a current thread Grin

Think we're running outta threads?

I always wonder what someone had to search to bring up a thread like this? "I had to force my husband to marry me after 10 years together?"
