The last I heard is he's clean now, no idea if it's true or not.
I loved the libertines from their first album and he was a bonny lad pre-drugs. He utterly ruined himself though. It was such a shame as I think he was a real talent.

I used to fancy him something chronic back in my uni days when The Libertines were at their height. Not so much any more but I think he is incredibly talented and continue to go to his gigs.

No that's Pearl Lowe (or Pearl from Powder for us Britpop veterans)'s husband Danny Goffey. He was the drummer in Super grass and looks like a better preserved Pete Doherty who has a passing acquaintance with a dentist. Coincidentally Danny also briefly played drums in Babyshambles. Which for Danny Goffey must have been like having a real life portrait of Dorian Grey at the front of the stage.

Put his name and Mark Blanco into Google then see if you still fancy him.
