I actually bought a new house today too. Apparently the current owner has had enough of her son and daughter in law sponging off her and she's moving into sheltered accommodation. She hasn't even told her son yet. We're moving in on the 24th. It needs a lot of work and it stinks of wet dogs, but I couldn't afford anything better. When you haven't got much money you just have to make do. I'll be glad to downsize from my current house. Fed up of dusting.
