How fucking rude of that school mum vanilla, sounds a coincidence too far.Though a great excuse not to go in return Smile.

I am discovering the school car park rage and rudeness.....at nursery. Baby peach only goes two mornings a week and a number of people have been really obnoxious in their cars already. Bodes well Hmm. I am currently perfecting my "You are evidently an ill-mannered cretin" gaze - DP says I've got it Grin.

PrettyBlueDressForTheXmasBall · 13/09/2016 12:13

vanilla I had one person not turn up to DS's b'day and I'd had to damn well pay. They never even had the decency to apologise or even make up an excuse.

PortiaCastis · 13/09/2016 12:47

AGL Dds bf has a similar haircut.

DoofusMcfoofus · 13/09/2016 12:51

Afternoon all! Fuck me I feel like I've been run over....that was..umm..interesting. I think I'm going to suffer tomorrow.

Awesome hair cut AGL, not sure I'd pull it off though. Miele are the Harrods of the laundry world, I've considered selling ds or a kidney to get one Grin

Sorry to bore you all about Bertie but one last quick question...he's refused all of the dry food since Sunday night so I bought a little pouch of wet food just to see if he would eat something...he scoffed the lot! Now is the dry/wet food as debatable as the breast/formula?? Is there a reason dogs must eat dry?

No reason at all. Just marketing shit (speaking as a former marketing director).

It's hot. Would you really want to eat dry muesli this week? Try muesli. Every day. Every fucking day??

Nope. Me neither. Let the poor little sausage eat some proper food!

AGL you've missed a bit under your chin as well. Just saying.

AverageGayLadAtChristmas · 13/09/2016 13:07

Yes, Being!

Doofus I know it isn't quite the same but where I used to live we had two cats - one refused wet and one refused dry

DoofusMcfoofus · 13/09/2016 13:10

Can you try flowers being? Not sure the butterflies are your thing, or maybe try pink and blue butterflies?

Thanks vanilla That's my thoughts exactly, dry food is so boring! Just means I have 7kg of dry food that's going to be wasted. Is there such a thing as food banks for animals?

AverageGayLadAtChristmas · 13/09/2016 13:11

Link?

PortiaCastis · 13/09/2016 13:12

Aw Bertie's cute

DoofusMcfoofus · 13/09/2016 13:16

Hi portia!

Oh yeah, cbeebies..I'm lucky, managed to avoid it as ds wasn't keen. A few weeks back OH was at home with ds and his friend came over so he put cbeebies on to allow him to talk yeah right ds wouldn't allow that!! 5 mins later he got "DADDY! What have you put on?! This is crap please turn it off!!" It was teletubbies 😂 it's utter guff to be fair!

PrettyBlueDressForTheXmasBall · 13/09/2016 13:17

doofus Check nutritional info. Wet foods can be really poor nutritionally.

With his dry food are you putting it down and leaving it or picking it up again after 5-10mins? Have you tried the dry food with water on and without?

Also a doggy food bank = any dog rescue centre.

PortiaCastis · 13/09/2016 13:21

Vanilla cant find dm thread so its probably been zapped. What did it say?

DoofusMcfoofus · 13/09/2016 13:22

blue I've been putting the food down, he sniffs and walks away. I leave it there to see if he'll eat it then change it over to a different food next meal time. It goes untouched. I've tried putting water on it but it makes no difference. Last night I put 2 teaspoons of left over gravy on it but he just licked off the gravy and left the biscuits Confused

DoofusMcfoofus · 13/09/2016 13:23

Is that the one where a poster had a phone call from a dm reporter and she thought MN had given her details?

PortiaCastis · 13/09/2016 13:23

doofus Grin I'm not missing much then

PrettyBlueDressForTheXmasBall · 13/09/2016 13:25

doofus take it away after 5-10mins. If they know it will disappear they are more inclined to eat it before you can take it away again. If its left its like "meh, I'll have it when I feel like it".

PortiaCastis · 13/09/2016 13:31

Of course Mn give out details I think they would be in deep do do if they did that.
Anyway if someone called me and said they were a dm reporter F.O.. would be my answer
