Hello. Hope you're all ok. Today I was being assessed at work. We were having some down time after the assessment and she told me my colleagues email her moaning about me. Basically they think I'm lazy and arrogant. For the record I am neither and I know I'm not. I've never had bad feedback in any job and always got on with colleagues for god sake I married one of them! I'm in shock and quite pissed off. I'm quite an anxious person so this has set me off. Aibu to be pissed off?

Good luck with the IVF BTW. Don't let this stress you out and try and get it resolved before treatment.

I am currently sitting with one of two recent (two week old) results of IVF on my knee having a good wriggle and refusing to sleep! Grin

Sorry OP, had a wee bit of a snigger at "I'm an adult nurse" - very childish of me, I know what you mean but I had a vision of all the others being 10yo (which, to be fair, it does sound like they are mentally!)

Totally get where you are coming from OP. I am astounded at the playground behaviours I see within the NHS, particularly staff running and reporting colleagues to their managers without any grounds. Ridiculous. Of course managers need to put a stop to this kind of behaviour but they seem to get embroiled in it too and appear to quite like the power it gives them. It is dysfunctional and I really despair.

Chances are they see you as a threat. You have my sympathy and I hope things improve for you Flowers
