Better its probably because I've not been sleeping well so have been up rather late (or early - depending how you look at it). Then mornings are taken up by DC.

Well I'm actually really fortunate that both of my DC sleep well. I'm just under a lot of stress atm and my sleeping has gone to pot. I think its rather ironic though being blessed with DC that both sleep beautifully but unable to sleep myself.

It does come back to you in later life, you'll be glad to know - the ability to sleep that is! My two are in their twenties and have moved out and I sleep like a log.
