We've decided to elope on Monday 18th July in Chelmsford and wondered if anyone is free between 1. 30 and 2.30 pm to be our witness-? with lunch after to say thank you

I work very close to the registry office but I'm very shy and I have work commitments that day but I just wanted to say good luck

Myself and my wife did something very similar last year at the same registry office
