Just got my period back 10 months post partum. Found a pack of Always ultra from ages ago. Jackpot!

WHERE do Always get their reeking scent from?! Genuine question. This packet has sat in a cupboard for well over a year and I feel quite nauseous with the overwhelming stench of scent when I change my pads.

And who decides that a menstruating woman would love to smell like ancient air-freshener?!

I checked the packet and absolutely nowhere does it state that these abominations are scented.

Anyone up for organising a boycott?

Stupid question but if you use cloth do you wear an old fashioned sanitary belt? How do they stay in?

HemanOrSheRa · 27/05/2016 22:58

idont the cloth pads I use have wings with poppers that you fold around the gusset of your pants and do up to keep it in place. They really do not move at all and no more sticky strips getting caught on your skin or pubes!

You're right IAmA, I am a bit OCD with my pads, I was the same with my cloth nappies - Something to do I think, with having little control over much of the rest of my life 😁....... Still, you should see how bright they still are, after all these years. ( sadly no emoticon for tongue wedged firmly in cheek!)

Lillets are fab. I just leak down the side of tampax and they seem to expand lengthways
