Yes, cadbury, I'm looking at you!

OP posts:
MovingOnUpMovingOnOut · 29/04/2016 17:06

I've had loads of stuff to test and I'm a very happy customer!

Method cleaning products
Little Dish kids ready meals
Dyson vaccum
Harry Potter World
Breakfast Cereal
Kids snacks

Probably more but I've forgotten.

AnnMumsnet if you do a new kitchen or Loaf sofa product test let me know. I consent to me and the kids being filmed and everything Wink Grin

MovingOnUpMovingOnOut · 29/04/2016 17:06

Or a bean to cup coffee maker.

AttitcusFinchIsMyFather · 29/04/2016 17:07

I signed up years ago, have never been sent a thing! :( I must not fit their criteria.

ZylaB · 29/04/2016 17:08

Tested tampon bags, baby food, pregnancy app (yay for not needing the bags any more!) and waiting on the fabric conditioner.

I'd like to call dibs on the next lot of prams please mn! (Any nice doubles need testing?) grin

MissRabbitHasTooManyJobs · 29/04/2016 17:10

I got the bin bags too! They are all gone now and I'm gutted :(

I always seem to miss the boat when it comes to surveys...

PeaceLoveAndJaffaCakes · 29/04/2016 17:25

I was sad not to be picked for the bin bags, and the baby wipes. But I've been so lucky I can't complain!

coffeeisnectar · 29/04/2016 17:30

I still have some bin bags left and I'm going to have to order more when they run out. I simply can't go back to cheap crap ones after using these.

I was gutted not to get the new bed which I desperately wanted but hey ho.

I've had a couple of books to read and review. The last one though I just couldn't finish it, it wasn't my thing at all and I posted a 'sort of' review to say that I couldn't warm to any of the characters so hope that's not going to put MN off picking me again.

I also did the pets at home small pets work shop but don't think they ever announced a winner on that one. I can't even find the thread anymore.

FeelingSmurfy · 29/04/2016 22:31

I don't see why that would go against you coffee only if you don't post a review at all. The whole point is to get honest reviews, and that wouldn't happen if you thought you would get kicked out for posting something negative

MooningIntoTheAbyss · 29/04/2016 22:39

I've had quite a few

Nappies
Baby food
Wipes
Milk
Tampon bags
Easter egg
Toddler snacks

Won some tickets for Ben&Holly show last year.
Only been a Mumsnetter about 2 years

I've done quite a few product tests,

Satnav (amazing)
Tampon bags
Pasta sauces
Cadburys - and actually received hot chocolate and bars of chocolate to review
Thorpe Park but couldn't go due to little one being poorly
Disneylife App

Some of them select more than others so I guess its just who the target audience is and the age of the little ones.

AndNowItsSeven · 29/04/2016 22:43

Off the top of my head I have tested a phone , nappies, bin bags, pasta sauce and an app,

AndNowItsSeven · 29/04/2016 22:44

The bin bags were the best.

putthePuffindown · 29/04/2016 22:46

I tested some nappies and an invaluable philips breast pump (I still use it daily despite buying an electric Medela mini), but DD was born when I was testing the nappies and I was late feeding back so I reckon I'm now on a blacklist somewhere [sadface].

RatOnnaStick · 29/04/2016 22:50

I've had a few things - washing powder, kitchen spray, nappies, food and chocolate too. I suspect I'm blacklisted for a bit now after I sent a mildly sarky email on receipt of a royal mail card saying I had a parcel waiting with unpaid postage of £5.30. I got the item resent but I was a bit off with MNHQ about it.

BathshebaDarkstone · 29/04/2016 22:53

Wow, I've been sent loads! I wonder how they select people? Confused

OvO · 29/04/2016 22:54

Ive not been picked in aaaages. Sad

My favourite was the potato one. Had to make lots of potato recipes (they sent a £60 supermarket card to cover all costs) and give feedback and then at the end we ALL got a £100 voucher.

Also picked for kids vitamins, m&s shapewear, face cream, books (lots of kids books, was another good one), umm might have been more but I've forgotten!

But all those were so long ago.

I had no fabric softener email. [sadface]

mumcantmakeadecision · 29/04/2016 22:56

How do you sign up for them?

RatOnnaStick · 29/04/2016 22:57

I seem to fit the demographic for cooking and cleaning but not the ones for appliances and technology Sad

Nightfall1983 · 30/04/2016 07:15

I've tested a few things and earlier this month I ONLY BLOODY WON THE PRIZE DRAW VOUCHERS!!

It was fantastic, I got them this week and after a tough few days with my refluxy 4 month old I went on an amazing shopping spree and spend £150 of love2shop vouchers just on me without any guilt at all. So good...

Lunar1 · 30/04/2016 07:47

I've ended up buying so many things after product testing! I'm looking at you ridiculously expensive bin bagsBlush. And my iron doesn't seem to get put away, yes everyone that comes in my house, my iron cost more than my washing machine.

feelingmiffed · 30/04/2016 08:00

I tested pasta sauces, cadburys buttons and Lego!

glenthebattleostrich · 30/04/2016 08:10

Vitamins, books, steam cleaner and tampon bags here. Probably a couple more things too.

I also never get the technology (despite working from home with loads of kids and really being able to put stuff through their paces usually!)

DurhamDurham · 30/04/2016 08:12

I've done lots over the years (I do apply for a lot, all the ones I fit the criteria for) From an absolutely fantastic samsung fridge freezer which people still ooh and aah at to those funny little sanitary bags. I love doing them, I always have an opinion on everything and enjoy sharing those opinions with whoever will listen so it's a win win situation for me Grin

NerrSnerr · 30/04/2016 08:42

I have had the kcook, nappies, wipes, toddler snacks and am waiting for fabric conditioner. A bit gutted I didn't get to test a bed though, I had to buy my own instead! How rude!!
