How much is too much (cake dilemma)

How much cake (6 months pregnant) is U to eat?
Dh (very dear at the min) has just bought be a huge 12 serving chocolate fudge cake...
So would IBU to eat as much as is humanly possible? Or should I have 1 slice and move away from the cake?

He works here and will for another 4 years we have just started the posting and so far I hate it here !

Lived here since 2011 but longer in the area. He transfers between the two places so thankfully no moving involved as he just commutes.
