Presiding over a government that is trying to spin doctors and teachers into militants ,

Supporting a chancellor that has failed to reduce the deficit by his own standards and has delivered two hated and u turning budgets in a row, over the death of the British Steel Industry, is attacking renewable energy in times of climate change, is taking support from the ill and disabled is and NOW he has admitted benefiting from TAX AVOIDANCE????!!!!
This is all wrong. How many more years of this?

He'd only be replaced by another Tory, so I don't really see the point. All their noses are in the trough.

x2boys · 07/04/2016 21:28

He isn't great but they all do this Tony Blair was famous for spin who would take over and would they be any better ?

LadyWithLapdog · 07/04/2016 21:30

I think he should. Pigs in the trough.

BastardGoDarkly · 07/04/2016 21:32

Yes, he should, in fact, we should be able to oust the Tories altogether, and have another vote.

BlueJug · 07/04/2016 21:33

That's all we need. With EU vote looming and EU negotiations at critical junctures and migrant crisis to deal with - just resign?? I dread to think what would happen then? Who'd take over? Boris?? Lead the Govt and the Brexit campaign? Theresa May? George Osborne?

No wait til the vote on 23rd is over and see where we are then.

SleepyBoBo · 07/04/2016 21:36

I personally feel he should, but there's no point. They all drink from the same well, or more the point hide all their water in other wells, so different face same morals. What if hole-where-the-heart-should-be Gideon takes over? No thanks.

JoffreyBaratheon · 07/04/2016 21:38

This government is the most brutal and damaging I can remember in my lifetime - and I'm in my early 50s. They make even Thatcher look OK.

Their vicious attack on the disabled said it all, to me. I hope every single person who voted for them is ashamed and embarrassed they voted for that.

There should have been a vote of no confidence when the budget kicking the wheelchairs from under disabled people and the frankly nuts idea of flogging off schools to McDonalds or whatever, was mooted. They have been more ideological and crazed than any government I can recall.

Really is time for them to go. Yet they won't.

FirstWeTakeManhattan · 07/04/2016 21:47

This.

Yes, I think he should go, absolutely. Just because he'll be replaced by another shifty, deeply unpleasant Tory doesn't mean he should remain as PM.

Who really can truly say that they trust him?

Osolea · 07/04/2016 21:49

There is no one that could replace him that won't have used some form of tax avoidance.

antimatter · 07/04/2016 21:51

Did you know that apparemtly 76% of all MP's are millinaires.

Hardly representative of the nation, isn't it.

I don't want to get myself into a discussion if part of this wealth is through properties they own if they earn good money and have expenses paid they all are earning same as the top few % they seem to support with their decisions.

SummerHouse · 07/04/2016 21:52

Where is nauticant with the actual footage of Cameron finding out about the tax thing?

deeedeee · 07/04/2016 21:53

SO he should stay because the rest of them are as bad? Hardly a reason to keep your job

Imagine that your manager had admitted to misconduct, but kept their job because everyone else was just as bad?

OP posts:
AliceInUnderpants · 07/04/2016 21:54

I think the fucking morons shouldn't have voted for them in the first place!

FirstWeTakeManhattan · 07/04/2016 21:57

I think the fucking morons shouldn't have voted for them in the first place

Delicately put Grin

I really can't argue with the sentiment though.

CockacidalManiac · 07/04/2016 21:58

I think he should. Pigs in the trough.

And cock in the pig.

YouTheCat · 07/04/2016 21:58

I think a vote of no confidence (because there will be plenty of others in government implicated in this scandal) and then a push for a general election.

There's a real chance that Cameron would be replaced by Boris and that doesn't bear thinking about.

soloula · 07/04/2016 22:00

I think the problem is that this isn't the big scandal it should be as it's almost like people are just resigned to expecting behaviour like this from the Bullingdon boys and their cohorts. If it was Corbyn he would've been away days ago but I reckon Cameron will get away with it as nothing seems to shock people about the appalling behaviour of the Tories these days - which is a really sad indictment about the state of British politics.

Fedup21 · 07/04/2016 22:06

Exactly what would DC have to do to get sacked?!

Pettywoman · 07/04/2016 22:09

Who is surprised though? A Tory leader is a millionaire tax avoider and is friends with millionaire tax avoiders. I mean duh!

Cameron should resign but the rest are as bad or worse and the Europe vote is important.

In my ideal world there should be a vote of no confidence for the lot of them. And a bloody big apology from everyone to the Lib Dems even though the coalition was shit it wasn't half as shit as this damaging Tory government that is systematically tearing all that is good about this country apart and selling it.

TheoriginalLEM · 07/04/2016 22:13

it doesn't matter what you think. not one tiny little bit. We are at their mercy and they continue to fuck us over.

vote of no confidence? how?

OliviaStabler · 07/04/2016 22:16

Better than the awful years of Labour rule where they ran this country into the ground.

deeedeee · 07/04/2016 22:20

Oilivia, do you really believe that crap?

OP posts:
TypicallyEnglishMustard · 07/04/2016 22:21

How would a vote of no confidence come about? What would have to happen to trigger it?

DrDreReturns · 07/04/2016 22:22

He'll be gone shortly after the EU referendum imo.

Pettywoman · 07/04/2016 22:22

I know we can't no confidence them, its just a personal daydream LEM.
