How the hell does the woman look like that after having two babies, and so soon after the birth of her second child?
Who is looking after the little ones while she is crunching and squatting?

Why on earth does she(or her publicist?!?!) think that it is acceptable to parade her tatas and enviously toned ass to the world.

What an example to set our to our children.
I have a baby girl and I want to move away to a convent with her. If this is how society has progressed what is it going to be like in 18 years time when my baby is a young woman. Will all the young'uns wear see through shirts and have starkers profile pictures..?

Women are worth more than their bodies.

I feel a bit sorry for her actually. She can't be happy.

PaulAnkaTheDog · 09/03/2016 09:06

I highly doubt she made 80 million from her app. It will have made 80 million in total.

LadyStark · 09/03/2016 09:08

The comments about KK and her responsibility as a woman for our sexualised culture, not wanting to bring up daughters in this world, a betrayal of other women etc. THIS kind of vernacular is part of the problem.

Forgive me if I missed it but when Justin Bieber "leaked" a photo of his cock I don't remember seeing any posts of a similar nature. Nobody thought he was pissing all over other men by sharing photos of his genitals. Or that the world was going to hell in a handcart as a consequence of this because he was a poor role model.

She doesn't need the money and actually a tweet in itself isn't going to make her any money anyway. Maybe she just likes sharing naked photos of herself?

No wonder feminism struggles to attract people to identify with it, it's frequently used as an excuse to judge, silence and control other women. Because we really need another stick to be beaten with!

feellikeahugefailure · 09/03/2016 09:08

Dog from her mouth herself

It's astounding what surgery and wealth does to a body.

Kk has no talent, even her voice is annoying... I've only recently heard it, happily I've never seen anything she's in.

The picture is from last year.
I was lucky enough to have a flat stomach 8 weeks after having my son and went to uni and looked after him too.

I think you're being unreasonable to hate someone you don't know.

Really?

This is the thinking if a sixty five year old man, surely.

PaulAnkaTheDog · 09/03/2016 09:12

She also said she hadn't had plastic surgery or anything done to her ass. She talks shite.

That tweet is her trying to act like Kanye. It does nothing apart from make her look like a dick and make people cringe.

NorbertDentressangle · 09/03/2016 09:17

I can't be arsed reading the whole thread but quite a few posts in nobody has mentioned photoshop.

Don't believe what you see in photos and so-called selfies.

She has the imperfections that most women have (well the ones that can't be "got rid of" by surgery or procedures anyway) - she has cellulite, she has fat, she has wrinkles, she has skin break-outs ......

Amazing what a bit of photo manipulation can do.

GoingToParis · 09/03/2016 09:23

I dont understand why people hate her.

I feel contempt for our celeb culture and the weird way our society now seems obsessed with hyping up and fawning over people who have done very little (in Kim's case - sex tape, selfies + very good PR), and the completely bonkers, out of control obsession with women's bodies.

But why the hatred of the woman herself?

UmbongoUnchained · 09/03/2016 09:25

Awww I love the kardashians!
If these comments were made about a normal regular person you'd all be skinned alive. I don't see why it's ok to be so mean about someone just because she's a celebrity.

LadyStark · 09/03/2016 09:26

No Posie, a 28 year old woman who is a vocal feminist and volunteers for an international women's charity and runs workplace group on gender balance. I'm just sick of women beating other women down, is it really necessary?

Do you think it's helpful to have 200 posts on an Internet forum (that's predominately used by women) slagging off a high profile successful woman? I think we can probably leave it to the Daily Mail commentators, they have it covered.

I think it's fine for people to think she's vain, arrogant etc, she puts herself in the public eye so by all means have an opinion. Just not sure it needs all the gender and ageist crap that's come with it on this thread.

LadyStark · 09/03/2016 09:30

Oh and can we just think of the alternative for a second, if it's not her body and therefore her choice (because it damages other women, apparently, as mentioned earlier in the thread) what do you propose instead?

Some rules regulating how women can share images of themselves? Or are they not allowed to even take photos naked just in case?

annamae · 09/03/2016 09:48

On a day when women are celebrating women (International Womens' Day), you have here a bunch of women who are dissing a fellow woman.

Kim Kardashian has chosen to make money (plenty of it) by her own way, has not been seen to fall out of nightclubs drunk, has not been seen fighting anyone- is not a drug smuggler and has not murdered anyone.

If you don't like her butt that's fine- are you all perfect?! You sound jealous, or bitter because a woman has put her naked body out there? Plus she has millions of dollars that she has earned in her own right- so what's your problem?.

Playboy has been going for years with women (Famous women) posing in their birth suits. So why hate on Kim Kardashian?!
And from where I'm sitting, I doubt she'll go away soon, so better get used to it.
PS Bette Middler and Kim Kardashian ARE friends- BM apologised and said it was a joke.

PosieReturningParker · 09/03/2016 09:54

She's a handmaiden though. She does not represent any sort of woman I recognise and think women like her are bad for our sex as a whole. (Gender is so fucking meaningless these days I no longer use it)

She conveys the message that a woman's value is wrapped up in looks and youth, there's nothing else to her.

Anyone with a huge financial head start can make money, especially if you suck someone's cock and put it on the Internet.

annamae · 09/03/2016 10:04

So what? If you don't think she represents any woman you recognise, then perhaps you shouldn't be reading about her. It's that simple.

By the way your language is a turn off. Not the kind of woman I would like to represent me- or my daughter- just saying!

stumblymonkey · 09/03/2016 10:08

I don't understand the point of being annoyed that KK turned up on your newsfeed and then starting a whole thread about it?

Isn't that a bit illogical?

We really should stop the body shaming though....I have a big arse so thanks to all who have told me it's disgusting!

19909ninty · 09/03/2016 10:11

y the way your language is a turn off. Not the kind of woman I would like to represent me- or my daughter- just saying!-

I agree with this.

PosieReturningParker · 09/03/2016 10:13

Annamae I'm not trying to turn you I with my language. What a peculiar comment.
Defending a practical porn star but objecting to language.

Bless.

PosieReturningParker · 09/03/2016 10:14

Oh and I don't read about her, I don't buy trashy magazines or follow her on social media. But she crops up.

No need to be so personally invested in her though, it's not healthy.

19909ninty · 09/03/2016 10:17

She isn't a porn star. She made a sex tape with her husband, he leaked it she didn't stop it leaking fair enough but she is no porn star.

MagicPotion · 09/03/2016 10:20

I find the language used in this kind of 'debate' depressing, to be honest.

Its perfectly possible to critique the whole 'Kim K phenomenon', the objectification of women and the way women like Kim play into it (and make a lot of money from it) without resorting to slagging the woman off and calling her names.

Think of what you'd say to her if you ever met her and had 5 minutes in a room with her. I'd love to talk to her about why she posts those selfies, what she thinks about feminist issues, how she feels about her daughter growing up in this image-obsessed world. But I wouldn't say 'you're disgusting, your arse is fake, you're a disgrace to womanhood' etc.. Would you?

People are so nasty and loose-tongued online.

Its unnecessary, and for people to claim they are slagging her off in the name of feminism is disingenuous.

MyBreadIsEggy · 09/03/2016 10:20

I just look at a picture of her, and the first thing that pops into my head is a conversation with her daughter in 5 or 6 years time:

North: "Mommy, I know Daddy is famous for his music and saying some silly things, but why are you famous?"

How is she going to answer that?!
"Making a really awful sex tape with my ex-boyfriend and parading my huge ass over the internet"
Somehow, I think not Hmm

Nanny0gg · 09/03/2016 10:21

If you achieve notoriety fame by appearing in a sex tape, how isn't that porn?

annamae · 09/03/2016 10:22

PosieReturningParker- ..........dissing a supposedly ''porn star'' with filthy language?!!
