How the hell does the woman look like that after having two babies, and so soon after the birth of her second child?
Who is looking after the little ones while she is crunching and squatting?

Why on earth does she(or her publicist?!?!) think that it is acceptable to parade her tatas and enviously toned ass to the world.

What an example to set our to our children.
I have a baby girl and I want to move away to a convent with her. If this is how society has progressed what is it going to be like in 18 years time when my baby is a young woman. Will all the young'uns wear see through shirts and have starkers profile pictures..?

Women are worth more than their bodies.

For goodness sake. Rudeelf give it a rest. You're banging on about nothing here, trying to be politically correct the MN way etc but it's getting silly.

BillSykesDog · 08/03/2016 20:34

But what does it say about them BillSykesDog? Have you read thecatfromjapan's wholly articulate post?

Er, I think you'll find there's a difference between a post being 'wholly accurate' and a post being an opinion you agree with. CatfromJapans post was the latter.

And as far as what it says about them, generally that they are very angry that they can't force all women to conform to their very narrow view of what women should be, and the idea that another woman might do something of their own free will which doesn't fit in with their view of suitable activities for women makes them very cross indeed.

See, this is why I think a lot of women shy away from describing them as feminists. It's no longer 'Women! Don't let men tell you what to do!'. It's more like 'Women! You need to be told what to do by a small minority of far left wing women who want to limit what you can do to fit in with their stereotypes!'

AppleSetsSail · 08/03/2016 20:35

My advice is to ignore the Kardashian enterprise. They're easily avoided.

Arpege · 08/03/2016 20:36

Elf you are straying into the realms of fantasy here.

Yes you can supervise your kids online. Hell, you could ban screens altogether. But kids will see this stuff from their friends at school, at friends' houses, anywhere and everywhere. It's pervasive.

And that's not saying anything about what this moron is contributing to society in general and its attitudes to women, to sex-as-marketing, to young girls body images, eating disorders, kids having sex early.... and the list goes on.

If you think you can protect your kids from all that you are deluded. And KK is a part of it.

You want to try to persuade young girls that sending naked selfies to some spotty youth is a bad idea?? Try explaining that one when KK is full frontal all over the place....

OnceMoreIntoTheBleach · 08/03/2016 20:36

Yes women can do what they want. That's true empowerment.

Question is, why does someone want to behave in a certain way?

If it's because they think their self worth is based on their looks or sex appeal, then that's when it becomes an issue for the rest of us, because I for one don't want my DD growing up in a world where physical attributes are way more important than personality.

The PInk video is awesome. Never seen it before Smile

RudeElf · 08/03/2016 20:38

Look, i dont need to say it again, its been said several times. Keep arguing if you like. Tell me its nothing if you like. It changes nothing.

Roussette · 08/03/2016 20:38

She is photoshopped and drowning in botox, infills, arse implant etc and I can't stand the woman apart from having a bit of sympathy for her married to that controlling arse of a husband of hers.

Whoever thinks she has a nice figure needs to go to Specsavers! She has the most appalling dress sense and looks dreadful which is weird given her wealth.

I've always loved Bette Midler and good on her for drawing attention to yet another ridiculous nude pic of KK. I just wish the whole family would go away. I know a vulnerable girl in her early twenties who idolises her and models herself on her somewhat. Its all very sad that KK's fame started from a sex tape and she seems to do nothing except post selfies.

BillSykesDog · 08/03/2016 20:38

It's only since she got with Kanye that this shit started, he chucked away all her clothes

Er.....you missed her big break right? The whole sex tape business? That was well pre Kanye and there weren't many clothes in that either IIRC.

DioneTheDiabolist · 08/03/2016 20:38

Your right Portobello! Implants might be different. Yay.

Now I just have to find a raffle where the prize is a plastic surgery voucher.Grin

RudeElf · 08/03/2016 20:40

good on her for drawing attention to yet another ridiculous nude pic of KK. I just wish the whole family would go away.

So good on bette for giving them attention and then in the next breath you wish they would go away? Confused

PaulAnkaTheDog · 08/03/2016 20:41

Haha true Bill but that was leaked, not her starring in a porno. She was against full frontal when she started out, I think she did it maybe for Playboy in a 'tasteful' way (and got paid a hefty fee). Now she just stands in front of a mirror and takes a picture of herself starkers and posts it online for everyone to see. There was a definite change when Kanye came on the scene.

annamae · 08/03/2016 20:41

Firstmum24- why don't you just ignore her if she's giving you palpitations?
You should just spend time looking after your girl, instead of wasting your oxygen on a woman who does not know you. Sheesh!

ILostItInTheEarlyNineties · 08/03/2016 20:42

Dione just stick a cushion in your handbag.

BillSykesDog · 08/03/2016 20:42

Was it bollocks leaked! Her Mum got 10%

Roussette · 08/03/2016 20:43

Yes Rude. Good on Bette for drawing attention to yet another pathetic nude selfie and mocking it. Because there are lot of people out there who are sick of her and her arse. And yes I wish the whole family would go away. Simples.

PaulAnkaTheDog · 08/03/2016 20:44

Bill of course they took a cut, it was getting released anyway!

OnceMoreIntoTheBleach · 08/03/2016 20:44

Presume that was meant more as good on bette for pointing out that it's ridiculous rather drawing attention to it. Maybe.

KK, J-Lo, and others with big bums have no doubt done wonders for the self esteem of others with big bums who used to feel bad about them ('does my bum look big in this?').

Upshot is that those of us with small/no bum now feel inadequate.

What goes around comes around.

My big issue with sleb obsession is that it can make us 'normal' folk feel horrible.

Ignore ignore ignore!

AppleSetsSail · 08/03/2016 20:46

My big issue with sleb obsession is that it can make us 'normal' folk feel horrible.

Not always. In my case, it feeds my superiority complex. Wink

Fanfeck · 08/03/2016 20:46

Many MNers seem to really hate women that don't prescribe to the "I just throw on a grubby old hoody I got in a charity shop and scrape my hair back and go" school of thought.

The venom and hatred on this thread. She hasn't killed anyone, been racist, she's not a child molester or a rapist.

RudeElf · 08/03/2016 20:47

And yes I wish the whole family would go away.

You know how they will go away? When they get no attention. Even bette midler is keeping them in the media by referring to KK at all. Even negative attention is attention. Attention is the kardashians' oxygen.

Roussette · 08/03/2016 20:47

It's what she stands for fanfeck.

ILostItInTheEarlyNineties · 08/03/2016 20:49

And Oncemore our daughters are constantly exposed to altered images that are unattainable, whilst sending the message that naked selfies and sex tapes are not only acceptable, they are a ticket to fame and notoriety.

PaulAnkaTheDog · 08/03/2016 20:51

Many MNers seem to really hate women that don't prescribe to the "I just throw on a grubby old hoody I got in a charity shop and scrape my hair back and go" school of thought.

This is bollocks and in no way relevant to people not wanting to see KK naked constantly.

Firstmum24 · 08/03/2016 20:51

annamae I do try, Honest!

Sometimes I wish I was bigger and could just ignore it, but it just seems so constant!
In ten years I will probably look back and think, 'God I used to get riled up about stupid shit!'
But then again in ten years my girl will be of an age where she will probably have access to (against my wishes) this kind of influence.

Exactly rudeelf. Whether people like it or not the Kardashians will go away when nobody wants to buy their products, watch their shows and they don't shift magazines when they are on the cover.

Personally I don't do any of those things. They're not my cup of tea and I find them more boring than anybody else. The one thing I do however get out of them is a good bloody laugh when they manage to rile rather po faced joyless commentators who seem to do half the hard work of keeping them in the press on their behalf.
