Well we can only go with what we've experienced Buck, I've spent a fair bit of time in Armenia and know a good few Armenian people, I've seen it among them a fair bit, perhaps anecdotal but like I said, we can only go by what we've experienced.

Also, severe hourglass figures like hers are more common in some places than others whether you like it or not.

I also know many people, including myself who have that body shape who have had no enhancement on it at all, why assume shes had a ton of surgery on it, she may well have done but it's not impossible that it's natural. Also don't neglect butt pads, they're fairly commonly used now too, given that it's her usp, she may well pad it out. There is nothing wrong with that either.
