When I see it used it seems to mean "please read my cherry picked, fact lite, special pleading, biased opinion pieces and then become right minded like what I am".

Potentially at the same time it can be used as shorthand for "you have raised a point I don't know how to argue against cos there is logic/reasoning/fact involved. Bugger. .... Ha ! I'll call you uneducated by the back door and WIN! anyway !!"

To be fair, I don't think any of us can ever step back and say our rude bits are sufficiently educated. Life is a learning journey and all.

OP, maybe read "Eats, Shoots and Leaves" for good education in syntax and punctuation to increase clarity
