that doesn't make you a bad person.
MN for as long as I have been on here has had a oldie v newbie thing going
who really cares. some people post a lot, some don't.
but if you do post a lot (cos like me you might be stuck in a shite carer role) and you make "friends" with people on mn....you get slated.
all this royalty/oldie stuff is a yawn feast.... but in the 10 years I have been one here.....it still goes on.
isn't it time we all moved on?

I agree with Eve. HQ need to make it clear to the EFW (Eternal Fucking Whiners) that constantly cluttering up the boards with boring shit about how this site is populated by aggressive bullies is sooooo last year.

Move on people. Some posters disagree with you. Quite regularly it would seem in your case, BM. So, instead of acknowledging what the common denominator actually is, you decide the people who disagree with you are all bullies.

These threads always end up being an excuse to have a thinly-disguised go at the "regulars"

It would be human nature for the folks tasked with trying to maintain this site as an interesting and fair discussion place to get really pissed off with it.

Maybe Helen can come back and confirm that she was referring to my direct emails to MNHQ, not reports. It was probably unnecessary to mention it at all tbh but hey ho!

Thanks Tough, Owl and usual. I thought that post was a bit strange too.

Also want to point out that I was not part of this 'goady thread' at the weekend that people seem so worked up about. I think I posted something along the lines of 'don't let it get to you. Thanks ' so not personally attacking anyone! Confused

I don't mind MNers knowing when I last reported (this weekend on a dog thread, although MNHQ decided the post I reported was 'not nice' rather than delete worthy). I quite often report rather than bothering to post on a thread these days - which is a shame really, and shows just how many GFs/Trolls/Liars and wankers we have around these parts nowadays Sad. I used to be so prolific, and now...

we've just been driving the teenager mad by trying to sort out Netflix account, we cant remember passwords, e mails etc and so have about 4 Netflix accounts and we cant watch any of them...and its costing a bloody fortune but as some of them were signed in with itunes (WTF) we have no chance....

HoneyDragon, seeing as it's now caused confusion on this thread I think it would be best if Helen came back here to confirm that she meant private emails rather than reports. I have the emails from any posts that I reported that ended up being deleted but I really don't think I should have to resort to screenshots to prove myself! Confused

After being a teensy bit pissed off about that, I got over it quickly. I am always supportive of HQ (despite them suspending me several times < ahem>) and I think they should have the right to put people in their place. If you don't like MN, and you don't like the clientele, there are other websites.
