I have always wanted to see if it's true that all the animals kneel down at midnight.

I have wellies and a flask of Prosecco

If you put an actual manger in there though? Not one of those metal things from nowadays, the proper sort.

Yes, it is stunning. Honestly, it was stunning 45secs before when I ran in for my iPad. All hovery over a cloud.

I've never heard this stuff about kneeling animules. Shock

Probably the Church of Scotland's fault. Never in all the days my mum made me go to Sunday School did they mention kneeling animules.

Stiffy Goats - they are the ones that fall about.

My cats never kneel usual - your cat is a big Jessie though so I expect it will

Salmotrutta · 24/12/2015 21:55

I'm watching the Sleigh Ride programme.

Strangely compelling...

My cats don't kneel to anyone.

They are well 'ard.

Salmotrutta · 24/12/2015 21:57

Oops. I thought my first post had failed, saw thread had moved on and repeated myself about cats Shock

B33rTricksPott3r · 24/12/2015 21:58

I'm watching 8 Out Of 10 Cats and winding up my lantern. I asked the dog if she wanted to come on my Big Christmas Night Adventure but she just attacked the doorstop owl so I don't think she would behave with kneeling sheep.

It was worth repeating salmo cats really don't kneel to anybody. Even Satan.

I've been out to smoke and I didn't see the moon. I'll look better next time.

I doubt that usual so I must challenge you to a duel.

Chipolatas at dawn.

My second shall be B33rTricks.

If she knows what's good for her...

Weren't there camels at the nativity? Does your local farm have camels? Or maybe llamas?

B33rTricksPott3r · 24/12/2015 22:12

The Wise Men rode them in. They weren't there at the birth.

I'm going to polish my wellies and fill my flask.

Goodnight all and a very merry Christmas to you and your families xx

I have a herd of cows and a new born calve outside in the byre and plenty of sheep. I shall watch with interest. I don't mind dying, it will save me cooking for 12 tomorrow Xmas Grin

Bloodybridget · 24/12/2015 22:18

Any Antonia Forest fans, remember the conversation Nicola and Rowan have about the animals kneeling?

coffeeisnectar · 24/12/2015 22:21

Good luck op!!

derxa · 24/12/2015 22:32

My sheep are too lazy to kneel. They lie down and graze.

MinesAPintOfTea · 24/12/2015 22:34

Davenry most of those animals don't kneel: they just bow. Now for hours lost to Disney clips...

StrangeLookingParasite · 24/12/2015 23:25

I read it as canon, in the context of the thread, SLP. I'm all about the B n E tonight, rather than the pedantry.

shrug was only meant to be a small joke/pun. Nm.

MidniteScribbler · 24/12/2015 23:34

Only the cow knows.

Can confirm; cat isn't kneeling

MrsTerryPratchett · 25/12/2015 00:17

I only have fish and they don't have knees. Or do they?
