In my defence, I'm ill and couldn't be standing cutting potatoes and veg, and the kids seems happy with it!

Well, yes, because the carrots would have needed peeled and chopped, and I've already said the kids didn't want peas.

I bunged a meal deal pie in the oven for the wee lass and had a box of Pringles and a bottle of wine for myself, on Friday. Was a long day. Blush

One of our favourite meals is:

Roast chicken
Chips (homemade)
Coleslaw
Salad including sweet corn & cucumber for DS.

What's not to like?!?

I just did roast chicken with the usual paraphernalia by goodness me what I really wanted it with was ripped off chunks of bread with slathers of Brie and of course the chicken
