Well, yes, because the carrots would have needed peeled and chopped, and I've already said the kids didn't want peas.

I bunged a meal deal pie in the oven for the wee lass and had a box of Pringles and a bottle of wine for myself, on Friday. Was a long day.

One of our favourite meals is:

Roast chicken
Chips (homemade)
Coleslaw
Salad including sweet corn & cucumber for DS.

What's not to like?!?
