to think swallowing is making me sick?

NC as embarrassing.

Basically recently started having sex with a new partner. Every time I have given him a blow job and swallowed I have been ill afterwards. First time I was sick. Second time just felt a bit queezey and had to sit down head between legs ect to stop myself from throwing up. Third time I had really horrible stomach cramps, felt like I was going to throw up and had terrible diarrhea. This happens with in 15-30 minutes after swallowing his semen.

I am not BU to think there is a link am I? I have thought about what I've eaten each day, (normal run of the mill stuff I always eat) havent been drinking, feeling great up until that point. I didnt think there may be a link until just thinking about it after the last time. I have always swallowed with previous partners, and enjoy to do so so its not a mental thing. I dont know what else it can be. Has anyone else experienced something like this?

don't swallow!
It's not unreasonable to have him cum outside of your mouth either.

Ask yourself if you be unreasonable to not want to swallow or hold in your mouth any other of your partners body fluids? A mouthful of his saliva, urine, blood etc? Of course not. Semen's not designed to be swallowed either (a good dose of zinc notwithstanding)

HannahHobbins · 22/11/2015 12:32

I am on antibiotics at the moment, liquid ones and they taste like sperm (and are the same consistency) but I have to swallow them Sad

Yuk and yuk. I will now think of you op four times a day for the next week or so! Grin

Dunno the answer to your question though, what does he say about it?

Nanny0gg · 22/11/2015 13:02

'Revolting?' jesus some of you need to grow up.

Why 'grow up'? Anyone is at liberty to find any sexual practice 'revolting' if that's how they feel about it.

No-one has made it obligatory.(yet)

Booboostwo · 22/11/2015 13:22

You may be allergic to his sperm. Does he ejaculate in your vagina without barrier contraception? If you're allergic you would have a reaction to this as well, e.g. itching, pain, swelling.

PiperIsTerrysChoclateOrange · 22/11/2015 13:25

didnt realise fully grown adults would get so upset reading about a sex issue

Op why name change if it's not an issue

ForalltheSaints · 22/11/2015 13:26

This surely should be in the Relationships thread, in my view.

Should you seek medical advice? You may have some other medical condition that you did not have when with your most recent previous partner, that is unrelated totally to any STI.

In the meantime, regardless of how erotic you find it, no sexual practice should give you pain.

Sallystyle · 22/11/2015 13:34

Bloody hell. This place lately.

So many delicate souls who are put off their dinner by the thought of blowjobs.

The only sensible away around this is not to swallow. I get you like it, but for me it's a no brainer. If something makes me sick I'm not going to do it.

hobnobsaremyfavourite · 22/11/2015 13:39

Oh fuck off with all this "delicate" shit.
Sick of attention seeking twats trying to prove how cool and anything goes they are
Works both ways

Sallystyle · 22/11/2015 13:45

No, I won't fuck off with my delicate shit.

I see no attention seeking twats trying to prove how cool they are. She said swallowing semen makes her feel sick. Hardly anything to get all offended about.

anotherbloomingusername · 22/11/2015 13:45

Whoa, though, I actually never thought of that. If you have a food allergy, you could react to a partner's semen, or potentially his medications.

Just one more black mark against my OLD profile. "Sorry love, I'm gluten free". Dammit.

cursethesemetalhands · 22/11/2015 13:48

booboo Good point, he doesnt as we have been using condoms so PIV sex, but something to look out for when/if the time comes.

Really not sure how 'cool' or 'anything goes' blow jobs are. Surely they are one of the most common and vanilla sex practices around?

Also if youre sick of threads that make you feel ill started by attention seeking twats, why do you keep coming back to read new replies and post? Confused

I do wonder why OP posted though. She made the link and we can only go on what she says. As usual, advice would be to check with her gp if she's not sure.

ItchyArmpits · 22/11/2015 13:50

metalhands

You aren't the first to have had this problem:

slog.thestranger.com/slog/archives/2012/07/31/sl-letter-of-the-day-post-blowjob-runs

Hth.

WorraLiberty · 22/11/2015 13:50

As much as I think this thread should be in the sex topic

Since when does giving your DH a blowjob/swallowing, mean you're 'trying to prove how cool and anything goes you are'? Confused

Now that is a strange thing to post Grin

Fairenuff · 22/11/2015 13:51

Maybe she wears sunglasses and smokes a cigarette at the same time?

cursethesemetalhands · 22/11/2015 13:53

Itchy Thanks for the link! Interested reading, feel a little better now. I guess swallowing is off the cards from now on though Sad

OP posts:
WorraLiberty · 22/11/2015 13:55

Smoking a cigarette??

SMOKING a cigarette???

Now that IS fucking disgusting.

You've taken things too far Fairenuff!!! Shock Angry

SpellBookandCandle · 22/11/2015 13:56

I usually allow any such matter to dribble down my chin, which then gets caught in my hair.

Fairenuff · 22/11/2015 13:58

But smoke rings are so cool Worra

I bet OP inhales too, the dirty bitch Wink

SpellBookandCandle · 22/11/2015 14:00

smoking now that puts me right off my lunch! Please move this thread to the sex topic immediately!

HandsomeGroomGiveHerRoom · 22/11/2015 15:31

Since when were we only allowed to discuss s-e-x in Sex? Are we only allowed to post about food in Food, or parenting in Parenting now?

And what about Centerparcs bumsex - should that go in Sex or the UK travel topic Confused

SlaggyIsland · 22/11/2015 16:29

Can I just say I'm not remotely prudish about sex, I am however squeamish.
Again - yuck.
