Blimey if it's a troll, he's a good one. Usually you can detect a hint of hyperbole in the joke pages (like this facebook page: www.facebook.com/Christian-Mothers-Against-Masturbation-1560660604170522/?fref=ts )

But he has just enough similarity to the real views, and just enough consistency to come across as plausible. It is totally believable that a person could hold that worldview. And going by the comments, people do - they can't all be in on the joke.

There are lots of similar sites out there so even if he's fake the others aren't nor is ISIS who have similar principles and many many muslims around the world too.
