Even if they don't admit it even to themselves?

I'm getting rather sick of crap service from builders (there are NO honest ones!), driving instructors (ANY instructor you are paying in fact), small online shops, local food suppliers, bad restaurants...

I really want to support small businesses but i can't afford to be ripped off all the time.

At least large organisations generally have a proper complaints process.

Then people blame big corporations for the demise of small business.... If there was a national chain of builders and tradesmen I'd be over the moon!

There are well run small businesses and there are a few well run larger ones.

There are some poorly run small ones and some very poorly rug large ones such as all the banks and outfits like BT and the mobile telephone companies.

But i sometimes think that until you have been there and run a firm in the UK then be wary before criticising others!. Its not an easy thing to do nowadays what with all the overhead you have to carry legalisation and regulations etc etc.

Good builders DO exist the problem is that there aren't that may of them I know of a few and very good they are too but sometimes that get absolute clients from hell and rarely do we see the customer bandied about on national TV like we do the unscrupulous builder!.

Lets not get stated on how estate agents reflect the public now shall we;)
