Just spotted these beauties today, a fiver each. For that I'd rather buy the bottle of wine, thanks! Do people actually fork out for this crap?

I love the wobbly silver line of glitter on the buckfast one! Presumably glued straight after consuming the bottle?

Notasinglefuckwasgiven · 30/09/2015 17:32

Around Glasgow it's diamanté false eyelashes, glittery dummy dangling from the buggy, baby's name in glitter pen ( chanel, Paris, Jordin/Jordan all popular just now ) on a nylon cushion and bejewelled baby bootees. Seriously, it's fucking everywhere.

Crazypetlady · 30/09/2015 17:37

For just £75 each these beauties could take pride of place in your drink cabinet/cupboard/ shelf

Goodness these are so shit. There was a thread recently about naff FB sellers. It was hilarious.

Cerseirys · 30/09/2015 18:28

£75 quid??? At least the ones in the OP are only a fiver!

SilverOldie2 · 30/09/2015 19:15

I have never seen anything so diabolically naff and awful in my life. Please tell me people don't buy this execrable pile of shit?

Beautifullymixed · 30/09/2015 19:50

Wish there was a like button for Tiggy d's post Grin

Fluffyears · 30/09/2015 20:55

I know who buys it....MIL. Me and dp are the proud owners of a glittery pint glass with his name on it and I have a glittery wine glass and blinded up mini bottle of echo falls. Never used them as I think the glitter would come off in my mouth...blergh! They are hiddenin our cupboard.

Crazypetlady · 30/09/2015 20:56

A moment of silence for those who will be gifted these at a certain upcoming event hosted by a fat bearded man

acatcalledjohn · 30/09/2015 21:05

For the wine at Christmas dinner...

To be fair, I don't think these are not as bad as some as the ones I have seen on FB. More skill than some others at least.

But still tacky IMO...

I've bought some tacky glittery Christmas glasses. They look better than those ones though!

I like them because Christmas is all about the tack in my houseGrin

Unfortunately I live in a 'naice' area so my local fb pages are bereft of glittery shit disappointed Daily Mail face

Stellar67 · 03/10/2015 18:06

Ha ha! I have a "friend" who buys this shit and posts those things about people she doesn't like instead of having a conversation.
I have drank out of one of those glitter glasses once. Blush

AgentCandid · 03/10/2015 18:18

DP's sister runs a 'business' selling these things so we got given some last year. Only one glass has survived because I always give them to my clumsiest friends to use. I'm worried that they'll get replaced this Christmas though. I'm not a glittery person.

Cerseirys · 03/10/2015 19:26

I didn't think anyone over the age of 6 was a glittery person!

Cerseirys · 03/10/2015 19:28

That reminds me, my local group features these gems tonight. Customised stripper high heels anyone?

Not sure what these are...?

acatcalledjohn · 05/10/2015 21:48

Oh dear. See how badly the glitter has been glued on to this travel mug...

acatcalledjohn · 05/10/2015 21:52

Second attempt...

Just goes to show: you can't polish a turd, but you can roll it around in glitter...

Eyre89 · 23/10/2015 21:00

I know no one has posted on here for a couple of weeks but I remembered the thread and came across this. They've glittered a tiny bottle of Pepsi!
