SniffsAndSneezes · 19/08/2015 08:27

Noeuf and Shins nope

CalliopeTorres · 19/08/2015 08:27

I've got the list but can't check it properly as on my phone (unless anyone knows how to do that).

IJustHadToChangeMyNameAgain · 19/08/2015 08:27

Basically the following was published

Ip addresses
User name
Password attmepted during the phishing attempt

Because this probably happened last week before the DOS was occurred and at least 2 members have reported that someone it posting under their user name, it means shrivelled up scrotum scum (SUSS for short) has been able to access the file and log in as members.

This means that they could have had access to anyone's email address linked to mumsnet, personal details if they've filled in that section (I haven't) and possibly, if members use the same password and email for other websites, then they can have access to for example iTunes, Amazon, eBay etc which can be linked into bank accounts. It is very unlikely they have access to your bank accounts themselves as banks force online banking to use alphanumeric encrypted passwords of the banks random choosing, not one that's easily remembers by you. But if you are unsure if you are using [email protected] with the same password, then basically I would suggest changing your passwords to an alphanumeric one. Use capitals and symbols as well. If you are prone to using similar passwords across accounts, swapping then over then change those as well. If you want to make double sure, then create a new email account just for online stuff and link that in as well.

And don't panic.

NeuNewNouveau · 19/08/2015 08:28

QOD - would you please pm me a link to it?

londonrach · 19/08/2015 08:28
