Arrrrgggg, in the midst of a celebrity crush that won't die.

I'm in love with the lovely Mr Jake Gyllenhaal. I can't shake it. I may have joined this Facebook fan page (cos I'm really sad......and older than most of the other members). I may have also clocked up a good few hours on YouTube and Google images.

Does anyone else do this, indulge me!

textfan, I went to school with Kelly Reilly. She was very pretty and tiny but completely normal - I would never have predicted future stardom for her!

I feel your pain, OP. I had a longstanding crush on Mr Gyllenhaal that I couldn't shake, until I started in a new job where my boss was the spitting image of him.

I felt I had only one option, which was obviously to shag him. Which I promptly did. Only then did my pash dissipate.

I had a huge crush on Jake when I was about 15 and Donnie darko came out. I went to see it at the cinema 4 times. He has done some pretty crappy films since then though, although i love him in ' love and other drugs'. Anne hathaway is stunning in that too.

I'm 3 years in to a massive crush on harry styles -definitely gay-
Tumblr is not my friend. I have far too much knowledge of one direction for a 28 year old woman.

Question for cillian-as-shelby-only fanciers, is it because he is possibly prettier than we are in his RL face?

For me it's a combination of the suits, boots, hair cut and fag in mouth. In RL he is almost too pretty but in character he's rougher round the edges and eminently more fanciable. In this scene (photo) I almost sighed at how gorgeous he is (post horse shooting!)

I am currently in the depth of a huge Zachary Levi crush.

It got so bad that I tried very hard to convince DS tangled was his favourite film just so I could listen to his voice Blush

I also had a thing for Alexander Skarsgard for a while. I even started listening to Swedish Lesson podcasts. 'cos, you know, I'd have to know some Swedish words when we bumped into each other randomly....

This thread does give me comfort though. I thought I was the only one not to outgrow the whole 'teenage' crush thing!

textfan Kelly Reilly is in series 2 of True Detective. MM (see even his initials spell out delicious!) is in series 1 which is still showing on Now box so I don't know if it would be on Netflix. They often put on the previous series while the new one's on. With TD, each series is a separate story with whole new cast, plot, setting etc.

The episode 'in question' is ep6. Unfortunately you have about 6 seconds of MM buttock action compared to about 10 mins (during the series) of Woody Harrelson inexplicably shagging just-legal girls and his hot wife.

I have only watched the first episode of TD series 2, found it depressing and hard work. Is it worth persevering with like series 1 was?

CoffeeAndOranges the new season of TD is hard work, Colin Farrell and Rachel McAdams are good, Vince Vaugn is a bit shit imo.....it is nowhere near as good as the first one......hard to follow and LOTS of cheesy dialogue that doesn't quite work.
