To hate it when people constantly share motivational messages on Facebook!

I know that this sounds ungrateful, but I wish that people wouldn't send these quite so often. Often, my entire newsfeed on Facebook consists of these. Delightful and inspirational though they are on most occasions, I am just sick of receiving them.

I love hearing what people have been up to on FB. However, I have to trawl through multiple inspirational messages in order to see this.

Don't get me started on Games requests! I really do not want to play Candy Crush saga or any other FB game :)

I can't unfriend the people who send these inspirational messages and games requests, as I do enjoy their other posts!

One of my friends shared one yesterday that is a picture of two elderly women talking on a park bench, with the text "That friend who you may not see very often, but the moment you reconnect feels like yesterday"
That doesn't even fucking make sense!

It's like they're written by barely literate pre-teens trying to seem 'deep'.

I'd argue that Uta not nice to be harsh to peopleposting dream type motivational shit.. My only repeat offender has a very difficult life and I assume it helps her cope.

I find that the people who claim to be positive by posting supposed inspirational bollocks on social media are actually the most negative people.

When you replace 'I' with 'we' even illness becomes wellness.

You're welcome.

It's the "share this if you hate cancer" shite that gets me. And "share this if you're a true friend. I know who won't" and "97% of people won't have the courage to share this".

I always think people who post this kind of motivational crap on their FB are just trying desperately to convince themselves that they are ok. At least within my FB friends it is the ones with most problems, usually with mental health issues, that post most of this rubbish. It's irritating but mostly worrying.
