to fancy James May like mad?

cidersundays · 06/07/2015 23:51

Following on from the other threads where people are revealing their dubious crushes I just had to find out if fancying James May formaly of Top Gear (Sob) is being unreasonable as most of my irl friends seem to think.

He is just so hot, he is smart, hot and has a voice to moisten the most dessicated of nether regions!

Anyone with me or aibu?

Sorry OP, I you google stalk him you will discover he has a long term partner... So that makes a total of four.

SmartAlecMetalGit · 07/07/2015 00:25

cidersundays I've no idea though he did leave the scarf on in the filthy dream I had about him but at least I can rest easy in the knowledge that he looks absolutely nothing like my dad Grin

cidersundays · 07/07/2015 00:26

Ahh bugger, actually I knew about lovely Sarah but surely we could sort something out with her, give her a night off now and again. Now he is unemployed he is probabaly driving her mad wanting to play trains with her at all hours.

SmartAlecMetalGit, I have a feeling I should have kept that Dad thing to myself!

But the floral shirts are so very...................floral.

ToastedOrFresh · 07/07/2015 00:31

Um, I sort of get it, he's got a nice voice and is good humoured. However, I would not want to be seen in public with him.

Um, my current secret crush is, of all things, Warwick Davies. The dwarf who's been in some films. He was also the subject of the comedy mockumentary of 'Life's to Short'.

To listen to him speak and hear how much humanity he has got is fantastic. He's mature, intelligent and good natured. I want to kiss his man lips and feel his man sized hands touching me.

He has no problem doing a bit of slapstick to get a laugh or highlight his struggles in life, i.e. having to, 'chimney walk' up the inside of a public phone box to reach the phone. Or deliberately falling out of his big 4 x 4 vehicle. (If you look carefully you can see him grasp the seatbelt and abseil down it and end up in a heap on the floor.) Or deliberately doing a 'stage fall'. Or having a builder move the spy hole in his front door down so he can see out but all he sees are people's crutches so he has it moved back again and has three little steps installed so he can walk up the back of the door to see out of the spy hole at standard height.

But just imagine unbuttoning them, slowly, sensuously to reveal the hidden pleasures beneath.

To be honest though I prefer his strippy jumpers.

My weird crushes are Richard Ayoade and Jon Richardson. (And both are considerably younger than me, to boot. ) So YANBU. And welcome to Geek Central.

cidersundays · 07/07/2015 00:35

That is cool, Toasted, I am not very familer with him but think he a good actor and my mum is a huge fan. I guess with anything that makes a person different you see it at first and then you see past it to the person and it isn't important that they are different.

Oh dear god, there I go. Time to switch off the iPad. Night all...sweet dreams...

FraggleHair · 07/07/2015 00:36

The hidden pleasures beneath! Grin

If by hidden pleasures you mean a soft round belly, a smattering of rogue hairs and a pair of pale pink nipples, I'd rather keep those hidden pleasures well and truly hidden!

cidersundays · 07/07/2015 00:37

Siobhan I actually think that Richard Ayoade and Jon Richardson are pretty straight up hot guys especially Richard Ayoade, love him as Moss but not sure I could stick is awkward rl personality. Still very good looking guy.

  1. There is nothing weird about having a crush on Richard Ayoade.
  2. I think you are being unreasonable, OP, but I have a thing for Richard Hammond, so I won't judge you.
cidersundays · 07/07/2015 00:39

Sweet Dreams yourself Cain but don't go hogging James all night!

I kind of like a soft round belly on a guy, it is something to nuzzle into, blow rassberries on ... tres erotic if you ask me!

cidersundays · 07/07/2015 00:41

I don't get Richard Hammond at all, he is after all as Stewart Lee pointed out not even a real hamster, now hamsters I do like!

OP posts:
Taytocrisps · 07/07/2015 00:53

YABU. He's the best looking of the three presenters but that's not saying much really.

cidersundays · 07/07/2015 00:57

Admittedly they are all older not that I ever fancied either of the other two.

Not that keen on your guy myself but the Greeks do a nice thing with oregano and deep fried potatoes that I might have a think about later in bed, yummy!

FraggleHair

I'd put him on a par with Bruce Forsyth in terms of sexiness and I can confirm that his voice has never had an impact on my vaginal moisture levels

Brilliant Grin

Teabagbeforemilk · 07/07/2015 05:49

My friends dad looks just like James May, sorry.....not sexy

haveabreakhaveakitkat · 07/07/2015 06:57

At last! I feel like I'm among my own kind and can admit to being desperate for a go on Matthew Wright Blush

RoboticSealpup · 07/07/2015 07:15

You've got nothing on me. I used to have a crush on Gordon Brown.

LavenderRain · 07/07/2015 07:27

robotic a little bit of sick came into my mouth then

FarFromAnyRoad · 07/07/2015 07:55

I get you OP. James May - I so would!
I have a total lack of shame about the matter.
Richard Hammond, on the other hand, is a non-starter. He's too - ummmm - pointy. Yes, he's just too pointy!
Just to compound my shame I probably would with Clarkson too although I suspect he'd be a lousy shag. Blush.

I'll get my coat.

treaclesoda · 07/07/2015 08:07

Hmm, I wouldn't say James May is hot, but there is something quite nice about a man who loves building things and fixing things. He'd be handy to have around the house when things break. I'd imagine he is a man who could put up some shelves for you if you needed them. And he seems like he could make intelligent conversation. And he's very good at music, so that's always an attractive quality. So, on balance, not hot by a long stretch of the imagination, but he doesn't repulse me.

Richard Ayoade on the other hand is very hot indeed.
