It's the permises next door, ground floor.I have spoken to council, confirmed that they don't have liscence for entrtainment or any other s..t. Sorry the language but I am becoming this monster.
Spoken to council but noise team works only until 2am and they only send them warning letter (6mnts ago).
I even called police but they gave me ref number and told me to call council.
Seriusly I cn't stand this so loudevery single night---EVERY NIGHT.
They are all useless bunch of smoking shisha (is that how you spell),chewing khat(sp?) and drinking. All of them are NOT working so they can do shit all night. Please help me what to do...pleaseMy body and mind can only take so much.PLEASE

Good morning or shall I say good evening.I never even slept because of their b....y noise and screaming.Monsters, uneducated monsters that's how I would desribed them.Uneducated parasites.THEY come here ad milking the whole system,it's very frustrating and annoying and simply IT'S NOT fair.

I am sorry for not coming for update, the whole week was busy and yes, every night was very loud music.Tonight they really crossed yet another line with standing actually on the road and drinking and screaming. The only ppl on the whole main road -If I name it I will give too much.Their stupid sound system. So if they are coming as a refuges how do they have so much money to be such a pain in the ... to everyone?

Again--place is not liscensed and just as I am typing I am stopping myself from screaming on the window (I wont do it of course). Non of them are working ,have time to do s... and I am going creazy.

Thank you for all your advices and I will continue to complain.
Another quick question, plz. Would Watchdog investigate something like this? thank you

OP, I really feel for you.

You say it's privately rented accommodation, so I would seriously look into moving. You say it's not possible to do so, but I'm not sure why not. That's one of the benefits of private renting, you can move in this sort of situation.

As a pp poster said, make a complaint to the council about their lack of action. See your GP about your mental health and make sure that's documented so that you can refer to it in your letter. Get your local MP and councillor involved.

And do listen to pp when they are telling you to try to keep the fact that they are from overseas out of it. I absolutely get how angry and sleep deprived you are, but some of your posts are coming across as UKIP type rants, which may make some people dismiss your concerns. It's irrelevant what culture they are from, or whether they are refugees. What is relevant is that they are antisocial and damaging your health and well being.

Good luck.

Hi, so sorry you are going through this, it sounds intolerable. You mention they are sleeping during the day, could you put on some loud music (maybe a radio in a cupboard closest to their accommodation and go out for the day) the last thing you want is a noise war, but if they are disturbed in the day you may get a bit more rest at night. Could you anonymously call the police and say you suspect drug dealing or something to get them to actually enter the property and scare them a bit. And why can't you move? If you explain to your landlord that staying in the flat is costing you your mental health and making your baby ill they will have to release you from the contract. I wonder if you could also get in touch with other neighbours who are affected and go and see your local MP en masse as this will have a much bigger impact. I so hope you get this resolved.

I live in Brent. We own but live next door to a Housing Assiciation property. We have had very bad noise problems with the neighbours for years. We have dealt with the noise team - it's vital to keep a log and to make sure you contact them each and every time so there is an official log of complaints. If it is a council property, you must deal with the antisocial behaviour team from the council housing department. They have a legal obligation to make sure their tenants are not causing a nuisance to their neighbours. When we first did this, they tried to fob is off and say we should get a lawyer and deal with the tenants directly. My du copied their superior into their emails and also the noise team from the council. Then they took notice. They have the power to evict. The noise team at the council have less power but your neighbours landlord (the council) have lots of power.

Definitely go to the newspapers at this stage and name and shame all the useless authorities who are doing absolutely nothing to solve the problem. You will be doing yourself and many other citizens a huge favour.

Take care.

Good evening .I am so overwhelmed with so many helpfull replies and believe me they are amaing.
Tonight around 11-30pm there was huge noise coming from the road and lots of shouting. To make things short-police came with 2 cars and van and some ppl were taken. I was on the window all the time. There is no music-first time in very very long time and also I don't know the why ppl were taken.BUT i am utterly thankfull.
The thing is I really need lots of rest and this wont stop,I have to take drastic measures and I just have to see what next step to take.
Probably I will first follow up what is going on with noise team, environment team and I will take it from there.
I didn't manage to do call anyone this week,I was just so tired and girls were home last week but from monday I will be sitting on the phone.

I can't explain how it's affecting me,it's really bad.And quess what? Just as I am typing, music is back on.O my Lord.Seriusly Icould pock my eyes out.Baby is still asleep so at least thats good for now.He usually wakes up with the blasts of music and wall vibration.

Please forgive for ranting, but I am on the verge of going madddddddddd.Same music, same beat, same drums untill morning.Going to call noise team. Will be back.

Hi everybody. Just a quick update. Council closed the premises permanently yesterday. More than 10 police came and it was complete commotion .
It was a long road but worth it. It took probably 100 emails, 390 sleepless nights, lots of patients and your support. My dc wer sleeping uninterrupted .
Thank you for your support. I was really going crazy and our quality of life was seriously affected by constant noise through the night.
