To think this hen party game was really awful?

Next month my brother is getting married. Yesterday we had the hen night. The brides best friends organised a drinking game quiz for her to do. They had asked my brother the questions and she had to guess the same answers.

It started off quite well. Favourite takeaway/ film ect. Then it was " after how many dates did you sleep together / favourite positions ". It turns out they used to use her mum bed fairly often too Shock

There was also a stripper but that's a whole other story.
Aibu to think that's too distasteful or am I just a party pooper.

probably fun for the Magaluf crowd.

I'm thankful that I'm well past all this teenager snigger-snigger nonsense. Wow, you've had sex, have you? So impressed...

So glad I am past all this hen and stag nonsense.

So glad hen nights were not 'the thing' when I got married .DH- to- be and I had a civilsed drink with those guests who had come long distance and were staying at our 'reception' hotel . DH then dropped me off at parents' house with chaste kiss and went off to stay with local friends of mine.
I do think it's odd to be celebrating a 'last night of freedom' and to be doing all the things youll never be able to do again . (or thats how it appears)' Quaint old fashioned view of marriage IMO.

"Really awful"?

No.

Some people like talking about their sex lives. Some don't. If the bride would not have liked it, presumably her friends would not have asked the questions and/or the groom would not have answered.

I would not like this. Some of my friends WOULD like this. We all know which kind we are.

Each to the own I guess but I just don't get why people think others are remotely interested in their sex lives. I mean if I ran around saying I have a good shag s few times a week. I'd expect to be carted off to the funny farm.
