Ex Lib-Dem voter and I will probably be voting Green even though they haven't a hope in hell of getting in where I live. There are no parties that represent me 100% and I feel like the Greens are offering a lot of fresh polices (as well as quite a few crazy ones) but I am ready for change.

2rebecca · 06/05/2015 22:29

SGP, no idea who this Katie Hopkins mumsnet is obsessed with is but doesn't sound like we'd get on

BMW6 · 06/05/2015 22:29

Odd that the vileness is all coming from Labour supporters.......anyone would think that Thoughtcrime is alive and well in 2015.

morethanpotatoprints · 06/05/2015 22:31

I've got it.
Bloody hell just find somebody to vote for.
Taken me weeks of soul searching, reading, listening and i've found the perfect party to vote for.
i'm not telling though, find your own Grin
I am no longer spoiling my paper by wiping my ass on it Grin

Mrsbird311 · 06/05/2015 22:31

Peasinpod
Think it just goes to show torys and labour will never agree , poles apart and neither can get where the other is coming from!!
Fingers crossed for tomorrow

londonrach · 06/05/2015 22:31

Hubby wants to now go at 9.55 pm now. Why didn't you say 9pm. We did that time and got locked it. I bet the people hated us. In our defence our car broke down and it was late by time fixed. We fell asleep as waiting in cold for car repair man, then realised we needed to vote to ran through streets to get there in time. Hubby thinks that was exciting! (Wonders if can quietly vote earlier in day)

UnoPan · 06/05/2015 22:32

Peas, rash, basic, aggressive? You mean disagreeing with you?Hmm.

That note did not say "there's no money left.". It actually said "There's no money." That was because there was a demand due to the crash of 2008. And as I'd said further up, George Osbourne undertook to follow Labour spending going into the 2010 election. Either party would have been left with little wriggle room.

Hope all of that helps.

fiveacres · 06/05/2015 22:32

I completely get where labour are coming from and respect their views 100%. I just politely disagree.

Summerwood1 · 06/05/2015 22:33

Ukip

DementedSwan · 06/05/2015 22:33

So just how much of the country's deficit have the current government recovered? How much have they spent in 5 years compared to the previous government?

I'm all for the greater good and providing our dc with a better future but no one can answer me that question Confused

addstudentdinners2 · 06/05/2015 22:33

Did I miss something - where are labour supporters being vile?

I'm not, in theory, a labour supporter - I just want to keep the right out.

londonrach · 06/05/2015 22:33

Crap from what i read labour is in bed with snp. So same vote. I really dont know who to vote for as well the same. Thinking tact at mo. Was so certain yesterday..

heatseeker14 · 06/05/2015 22:36

Conservative over here. I really, really hope Ed Miliband does not become PM I find it such a scary prospect!

UnoPan · 06/05/2015 22:37

Ummm Labour are NOT in bed with SNP - there are v basic differences and SNP always vote against Labour - it was SNP that brought down the LAbour govt in 1979. Tories wish to create an impression of SNP supporting Labour but there is no evidence of this.

LuluJakey1 · 06/05/2015 22:37

Labour, me and DH and SIL and her boyfriend and PIL and DH's grandmas.

MargoReadbetter · 06/05/2015 22:38

I find it scary that we might have more people relying on the charity of food banks if the Tories continue. And that our children will have fewer prospects and our old age will be poorer.

Aermingers · 06/05/2015 22:40

UnoPan, Alex Salmond has said he expects to be writing the budget and Nicola Sturgeon says she'll be sitting across a table from Ed Miliband doing a deal next week. And they are both left wing parties, how much more evidence do you need?

ilovesooty · 06/05/2015 22:40

Mrsbird I work with people many of whom at times are reliant on food banks and my place of work has had to set one up. I don't need to volunteer in one, thank you.

Frostox · 06/05/2015 22:41

peas you're just wrong though. We weren't bankrupt, austerity made us worse off and you're chatting shit. The crisis WAS NOT as a result of labour, economists agree!!

These are long reads and quite dense, but well worth it - you are currently woefully misinformed...

DrHarleenFrancesQuinzel · 06/05/2015 22:42

Lib dems I think. I do keep considering conservative, but as I'm in a very safe torie seat, they are most likely going to win here anyway.

Unsure about DH I think conservative was his last thought.

Anyone but greens or ukip for me.

EmmaLL25 · 06/05/2015 22:43

Labour

fiveacres · 06/05/2015 22:44

The Guardian have become so ridiculously left wing of late that I have deleted the app from my phone.

I am a reluctant right winger who spent years reading the Guardian, but I am fed up of their hand wringing.

UnoPan · 06/05/2015 22:44

Are you serious Aer? We all hope to be writing the next Budget! Alex Salmond was being humorous? You get that?

Possibly SNP may be arguing with Labour over vote-by-vote but that's about it. I like Nicola Sturgeon a lot, but having SNP ministers has been repeatedly ruled out by Ed Milliband.

inlectorecumbit · 06/05/2015 22:45

Labour x 5 to keep SNP out

Frostox · 06/05/2015 22:46

Oh, and the former gov of the bank of england also agrees that labour didn't cause the crisis (www.theguardian.com/business/2014/dec/29/labour-government-not-responsible-crash-bank-england-governor-mervyn-king) and yeah, the note said "there's no money", not "there's no money left", as uno said. again, you're chatting shit.
