Why, Amanda, just why? It looks terrible, does she think nobody notices? I can't watch her without squirming with embarassment for her. She is clearly a beautiful woman and would be even more so if her face was capable of movement above her chin! And why do ITV allow it? That's my rant for the day.

I suppose when you live in a world where everyone around you has had something done it's easy to lose sight of when it starts to looks a bit unnatural.

I think you're right, and also I imagine having a few wrinkles when no-one else around you does...even if they're 10 years older, must magnify each little 'flaw' in that person's mind.

All this work to look better when it really does not make her look better Imo.

I cant bear to watch BGT because of the portrayal of both the women who seem to have to appear stunning and young and glam at every moment.
Its pretty awful that women are judged so strongly on their appearance. If I had the money and time I'd be having it all done. Bit it wouldnt be good for "the cause" because it just reinforces the idea that any woman in the public eye should be put down out to pasture when she reaches -23-- 35.

I agree it's terribly sad that some celebs feel they must preserve themselves, or improve themselves.

Take a look at Judi Dench or Julie Walters, ageing beautifully and still getting plenty of work too!

I agree with mistressceecee. Women aren't allowed to age. They're mocked in the media for ageing. And then mocked for trying to conform to those unrealistic media standards.

On Graham Norton I just thought she looked weirdly old-fashioned (as well as frozen) sitting next to Noomi Rapace and Carey Mulligan. And she was going on about her nipples then. I feel a bit sorry for her really (although I find her unbearable to watch).

The Graham Norton show wasa bit of a car crash, TBH.

Beautiful, animated, funny, intelligent Carey Mulligan and Noomi Rapace - and Amanda Holden sitting stiffly in a little-girl dress, unable to move her face or say anything that wasn't about boobs. And her big moment was a clip of her and Peter Andre.

She was absolutely beautiful, but IMO is now living proof that too much Botox etc doesn't make you look young, just plastic.

I think she usually looks amazing on BGT and then weird on This Morning. Maybe she has had a bit too much very recently? Luckily, it wears off. Although, I saw her interviewing a guest on TM last year and she definitely said she hasn't had any Botox for years. I find that hard to believe.

(I think Botox is fabulous - just don't overdo it!)

Noomi Rapace's face doesn't move much either. Her top lip looks like she's just had dental surgery. Let's not just blame poor Mandy- they're all at it.

Carey M. (the twenty something) was the only one with any movement or expression in her face.
