I had no idea SP was ESD.

I liked ESD.

Oh well, she'll e back it's only temporary. I have also been suspended.

EveDallas · 23/03/2015 18:37

There is a way to hide poster - only of names though, not log-in/ISPs

You need to be posting from a PC though and coming in to MN through Firefox.

I've used it to good effect, my BP is a lot lower as a result Smile

SpinDoctorOfAethelred · 23/03/2015 18:38

Oh. ohhhhhh.

That's why MN don't want to introduce it. It would put namechangers like nobody's business.

fattymcfatfat · 23/03/2015 18:38

dixie now that image is in my head Grin

SpinDoctorOfAethelred · 23/03/2015 18:39

Bettercallsaul1 · 23/03/2015 18:39

"Hide a poster" should definitely not be allowed. Gotta take the rough with the smooth.

ZingDramaQueenOfSheeba · 23/03/2015 18:41

more like whack-a-troll Wink Grin

ilovesooty · 23/03/2015 18:42

I think I would prefer to Hide threads started by certain posters, so avoid their Hmm threads altogether.

I know I can hide them but i would have read it by then. Sad

LineRunner · 23/03/2015 18:43

I would block my own posts most days.

Yoosurnaym · 23/03/2015 18:43

I'd be blocking the boastful poster. You know who I mean. Wink

Justanotherlurker · 23/03/2015 18:45

Hide poster won't work as it will just be full of cliques and disjointed threads

ZingDramaQueenOfSheeba · 23/03/2015 18:45

Yoo
.I truly don't know who you mean. PM please

Bettercallsaul1 · 23/03/2015 18:46

Ah, but you'd lose the whole frisson of MN. Face your enemy!

Arsenic · 23/03/2015 18:47

Ha lurker Grin

You mean like two camps? Who can only see half a thread each? Grin

At least what they can see will be soothing and unchallenging Smile

Bettercallsaul1 · 23/03/2015 18:49

Unless, of course, your enemy is yourself, Linerunner Grin.

ZingDramaQueenOfSheeba · 23/03/2015 18:49

Sparkling

Shock you don't mean that.

Sparklingbrook · 23/03/2015 18:52

I have been pondering a) a namechange or b) deregging. Just pondering what both would be like.

Jacana · 23/03/2015 18:53

Bloody hell, this still rumbling on? Shock when I saw it just now in discussions, I was sure Derek was back and you were having one hell of a good partyGrin

So, anything from Them Upstairs about how long she's gotta sit in the Norty Corner? Sad

SpinDoctorOfAethelred · 23/03/2015 18:54

Zing

Twas a bright and lovely September morn and my PFB had just started reception. I asked mumsnet whether it was normal for a four year old to be on lavender book band and everyone went mad for some strange reason.

sparkling - don't you dare until post the royal baby. I had the worst prwgnancy related insomnia ever then and spent a very pleasant few hours with you on an RB live birth thread. One of my comments even made it into the Daily Mail. Life's ambition fulfilled not Although I was most disappointed that they didn't say how much my house was worth when they quoted me Grin

ZingDramaQueenOfSheeba · 23/03/2015 18:55

SB honestly?
