So you have plenty of time to start making gifts & sorting out who is going where for "the big day". Grin

I'm laughing, but I have bought some stocking fillers for DS Blush. I just buy bits and bobs when I see them.

shouldn't this be in the Christmas topic [helpful]

It is and like Calamity Jane and poor Katy, there ain't enough room in town for two.

I need to consider my crafting this year - apparently last year was "The year of Homemade" chez Biddy (her own decree too) but there wasn't one HM present among the piles in the end. Loads of ideas, raw materials bought for most projects, just no crafting TIME built into the agenda.

So this year, I need to work on that part of my organization skills.

I haven't actually done any buying this year yet, I normally have a few things by now, having over 50 to buy for, but I need to cut back this year too so looking at lists carefully before I start to fill them.

I have though been keeping a careful eye on 70s and her merry band on the stagecoach even if I am not posting too regularly there Grin

Xmas Grin even?!

Behindthepaintedgarden · 16/03/2015 14:05

Actually it's only 648 days to Christmas 2016. I have all the preparations for 2015 done and dusted ages ago and have made a good start on 2016, including making it clear to PILs that we are staying at home that year.

colleysmill · 16/03/2015 15:57

The local co-op have a Christmas poster up advertising the Christmas savings scheme. Never too early I guess Xmas Wink
