Could just as easily collect the poo and still mark the spot on the ground where they found it?

Totally appreciate I'm being U as it's the fault of irresponsible dog owners, and why should the council workers clean it up BUT I doubt the people who left it there will care that it's now bright orange, so I'm struggling to see the point of spraying it....

Is it to prove that a council dog waste bin and collection is very much needed in the area?

Someone please say they've seen something similar and this isn't just our neighbourhood poo-spraying weirdo... Smile

Odfod. I'm not obsessive, stupid, needing a grip, on drugs or anything else you're throwing around.

I'm simply fed up of having to dodge dog shit and having to ensure DD doesn't walk through it every single time I leave my house. This isn't an exaggeration - we live on a main road near a park and there is fresh shit in the vicinity of our door all the time.
