I'm starting to feel distinctly unwelcome on MN, in spite of being on here for years. AIBU?

I'm a fussy eater who likes pebbly shit and has a feature wall and loo brushes.

To top it all off my grammar is not that great.

GoooRooo · 10/02/2015 19:18

If anyone wants to make me pancakes, I'm game Grin

'pebbly shit' gave me a really awful mental image.

penniechews · 10/02/2015 19:20

Twiggy shit would be worse.

I'll always love you despite your obvious flaws Smile

I'm a pregnant mother of two who insists on running her own business even though her husband earns good money....I have a council house predates my marriage and I fed my kids pizza for dinner tonight! I also shamelessly leave my ds,s with my mum and enjoy a glass of wine and a fag of an evening.....bingo x

Wherediparkmybroom · 10/02/2015 19:33

Oh we have my mini, and dh's Lexus parked on the drive of said council house!

LittleBrownRabbit · 10/02/2015 19:33

I have loo brushes and carpet around the toilets. I also have my mums loo roll knitted dolly holder. What's the story with the pancakes?

owlborn · 10/02/2015 19:40

Oh my god! Waterfall cardigans are bad too?

~stares at wardrobe~

I am doomed and I'm only 35.

moggiek · 10/02/2015 19:43

Damn you, pennie! You have completely trumped my first flat price of £4750!

Wherediparkmybroom · 10/02/2015 19:44

I like my cardis my favourite at the minute is a cable knit with deep pockets and no buttons........I have waterfalls too, and I wore a poncho for a long time! Great for hiding a bottle of formula/ fruit shoot underneath....

hiddenhome · 10/02/2015 19:46

The big question is, do you pester your GP for antibiotics for a cold?

That really sorts the wheat from the chaff.

penniechews · 10/02/2015 19:48

moggie To be fair, it was £4300, but it was a house in Wimbledon.

DidoTheDodo · 10/02/2015 19:51

My first house cost £4600 but you could stand in the cellar and see the sky. Actually it was quite a lot bigger than the one I live in now. Curses, failed the "most hated on MN" test.

penniechews · 10/02/2015 19:51

I haven't seen a doctor for 7 years. All that fussy eating has paid off.

Boomer, will eat almost anything, no loo brush, HA tenant, non-DM reader, wash towels/bed linen weekly, shower when I feel like it, give my WFA to charity, no bus pass (like my car too much), final salary pension, loved my late MiL, multi-holiday taker, bit of a gramer and speling pendant, never been to Waitrose or bought Boden, speak Italian in my garden when I'm gossiping about neighbours with ExDH. Heavens knows where that puts me in line for the firing squad, but can I have a pass 'til I get back from my (third) hol. in Nov.?
yes, stealth boaster, too

awfulomission · 10/02/2015 19:56

I'm a teacher.

And the DM website is my secret guilty vice.

Much hate for me on here. Grin

ohmymimi · 10/02/2015 19:56

Congrats, Penny - I've got a permanently reserved chair at my Dr.'s surgery, maybe I'll give it a try. Any tips?

penniechews · 10/02/2015 20:06

ohmymimi that's proper made me laugh, diet tips from me?

I expect it'll get quiet now, Midsommer Murders is on. Where's me specs.

OP posts:
moggiek · 10/02/2015 20:08

I concede completely, pennie. Mine was a two bed flat in Ayrshire.

YolandiFuckinVisser · 10/02/2015 20:19

I don't wash my hair very often and i swe ar in front of the kids. Also didn't have any problems with my ds meeting his step mum when it was early days. I did come here from bad mothers club though!
