She's ten and HATES sport etc. She does ballroom on an evening one night a week but it's really sedate..she's getting lazier and stiffer...can't touch her toes.

She won't go on a scooter or bike, hates walking and running.

I'm booking her in for kids yoga and making her do it.

AIBU?

Yoga is a really rubbish exercise if your not into it. As you sit their silent for 40 mins, not putting any effort in just waving body bits which has no effect or benefit.

I see myself doing this when i am honestly to tired for the class, but i have paid for the babysitter so i am going.

But i see why you picked it as she likes the ballroom dancing.

I couldn't touch my toes at 10 but i can at 40 after doing yoga.

How does she get to school, could she walk?

Yabvu If someone told me I'd got to join an exercise class I'd tell them to get lost.
I'm sticking to walking the dog and occasionally shagging dh if he's been good.
