I don't believe that an adult would piss themselves in this manner unless very very drunk. Or you know, a medical issue.

ghostspirit · 14/01/2015 20:20

i was wondering about the medical issue... I don't know though.

Ridiculous. I'd be pressuring DD to help with the clear up, since it's clearly her boyfriend who did it.

Would your household insurance pay out for the ruined sofa?

Clobbered · 14/01/2015 20:25

If an adult has a medical issue that causes them to pee the bed, they should have the decency not to kip on someone's sofa, surely?

Go down the vets- they have some great anti-wee-smell cleaning products.

ghostspirit · 14/01/2015 21:17

I don't know... I could even be wrong about it being him... I just know that we all went to bed. he came in early hours his shoes coat, pizza box in the living room duvet was on sofa smelling of wee. but also the duvet was only slightly damp... plus im thinking that an 18 year old would have hell of a lot of wee and it would have been soaking. so now im not so sure :/

then I thought maybe one of the younger kids had come down during in the night and I had not known. but they say no. I went looking for wee smelling clothes and have not found any.

so now I don't know.

Well why would there be a duvet on your couch if someone hadn't slrpt their?

SuggestmeaUsername · 14/01/2015 21:35

Speak to your daughter about it rather than him. If she confirms he slept on the sofa then let her know what happened and would she be willing to sort it out

ghostspirit · 14/01/2015 22:26

I don't have heating on much so sometimes we have a duvet to cover our laps. that's the spare one that kind of floats around.

You sound so lovely, OP! I'd be going bananas.

I want to go mad... but don't think it will get me anywhere :( plus I could be wrong
