To tell DH about shock BFP while he's at work?

Picked up some tests at Tesco this morning and have just got BFP on both.

We are preparing for a frozen embryo transfer at the moment. Our DS was conceived through IVF.

I am in shock as we really want a baby but I also feel guilty for the frozen blastocyst who has a high percentage of success and has been waiting for almost 3 years for a chance.

My family are all asleep on the other side of the world.

Is it etiquette to wait til DH gets home from work?

Seeing OH's face when I told his I was pregnant was one of the best moments of my life. It was 30 years ago and it could have been yesterday. Tell him face to face.

Congratulations! I have a horrendous day coming up today and I can't tell you how much your post has made me smile.

I can still hear the conversation I had with the Doctor's Receptionist when I rang to get the result of my first test (old gimmer - no home tests then Grin)
Her: It's positive
Me: (unsure what that meant) Does that mean I'm pregnant????
Her: Yes, it does
Me: WHEEEEEEEEEE...!!!!!!
Her: You're pleased then...?
Presumably she then went to get her ear checked by the Dr Grin
Congratulations OP Flowers

When I got a bfp whilst dh was at work - I could wait to test til he got home - I had to phone him and tell him. We had been TTC for 15/16 months and I just couldn't wait. He came home later that day with flowers and a big smile :)
