MNHQ have commented on the 'Site Issues' thread about why there won't be a CE section.

Not everyone checks for pre-existing threads when starting one (especially if on a mobile), which might account for some duplicates (as happens with many subjects).

Every CE thread attracts a lot of traffic, and I think it's a good thing that the legal principles, the evidence given in the trials and why leave to appeal was refused twice are posted and reposted, as there's a hell of a lot of misinformation (and disinformation?) out there.

And of course, the Chedistas have been trying (and so far failing) to get opinion attributed to an unreasonable 'mob' who are unreasonably banging on about it for far too long. If discussion is made 'other', that could be twisted to show support for that view.
