Im in bed really poorly and unable to do anything but watch tv and sleep

YY to Chandler and Monica's rehearsal dinner. When Monica basically implies that Rachel is irresponsible and Rachel is offended, Monica changes her mind and says "actually you were very helpful tonight. Thanks for putting my Grandmother in the cab!" When she leaves Rachel turns to Phoebe and says "what Grandmother?!"

I really should watch some of these again! I remember finding some of the characters irritating and that's made me forget how great some of the scenes and lines were.

I do remember two favourite moments - one where Phoebe is invited to a party or something by someone she doesn't like and she says "I'd love to! But I don't want to." and wanders off. :o

And when they have to go to the emergency room for something and a doctor says "Is this an emergency?" and Chandler replies "Well I guess so, otherwise we'd be in the PREDICAMENT ROOM."

I forgot - a line that kills me is when they're stuck in Monica's bedroom when Ross and Rachel are fighting and Joey suddenly starts talking about getting a new "take notice walk". Everyone looks at him like . When they finally get to leave Joey is walking funny and Chandler says "is that your new walk?" And Joey replies "no, I really have to pee!"

My favourite Joey moment is:

"It's a moo point"
"A 'moo' point?"
"Yes! It's a cow's opinion. It's MOO."

Pivot is my favourite too. I think Ross was the funniest.

I love the bit when Joey climbs in the entertainment unit as a bet and they get robbed!

Chandler let's him out and Joey is ranting away saying "ohh if I ever see that guy again, y'know what I'm gonna do?"
Chandler "Bend over?!!"

Makes me laugh every time.

Also love the one with Phoebe and the doll house. Nobody wants a ghost

Hated Joey speaking French.

The one where they're on the roof watching the Bapstein comet and everyone goes except Ross and Joey. Ross realises that the door is locked and asks Joey where the pipe is that was holding the door open. Joey is using it as a telescope . That then leads to:-

"OMG! Ross how much do you weigh?!"

"I'd rather not say right now as I am carrying a little holiday weight".

I'm laughing just thinking about that

Started series one again last night, got to the one with Monica dating Alan and all the Friends fall in love with him (I could have a gallon of Alan), and Monica really isnt into him

Oh I love the 'Pivot' episode and the leather trouser/illuminous teeth episode

I also like the one where Chandler employs Joey and Joey creates a whole new persona and life for himself with an imaginary wife and children

I love it when Chandler makes that crack about how he was thinking of having an affair with Joey's imaginary wife and then he pauses, looks to the ceiling and says, "You know what? I just did!"

Joey's reaction was brilliant

I love 'Fun Bobby' especially when he is no longer fun, having stopped drinking, and Monica has to have a drink, in his company, to alleviate the dullness! Then he gets worried about her drinking.

Panzee: yesss haha - "I shared my pudding with you man, I gave you ma snack pack"

Also haha to Joey 's Moo point.

ooo and the one where Ross and Rachel entertai baby Emma with the inappropriate rap and Ross tries to mimic Emma's first giggle.

And who could forget Rachel's sisters - "did you hear about the girl who tried to do too much? She died Jill" and how the other sister who kept confusing Ross with the falafel stall guy "rude!".

Chandlers my favourite but my all time favourite line comes from Ross after he tracks Chandler down on his wedding day.

C: I just don't want to end up like my parents!

R: chandler have you ever put on a black cocktail dress and invited me up to your room?

C: ...no.

R: then you are neither of your parents!

I also love it when ross walks in after Chandlers cleaning frenzy and says couples who stay together eventually start to look alike. Then he calls him Mondler.

I think the best line in friends is "yes joey IN PRISON!" When Chandler went to Joeys taylor and there was "cupping". Even my brother who hates friends loved this line.

Oh I love that too when Ross asks Chandler those questions on his wedding day .

And poor Joey trying to figure out, in the tailor episode, when it's ok to be 'cupped' , and talking to his dad on the phone.

That reminds me, speaking of his dad, of the episode where he finds out his dad has another woman, and he won't let them sleep together under his roof .

Man, I'm laughing so much reading all these, so glad I started the thread!
I managed to get up for the first time in days but it's exhausted me so once kids are sorted, it is me and friends in bed again too ill to even laugh at the double entendre there

The one with the prom video is my all time favourite.

The sun'll come out tomorrow, bet! Your bottom dollar that tomorrow... [gruffly] there'll be SUN".

And "paper, snow a ghost!!!!!"

I can't believe no one has mentioned the Kathleen Turner episode "and there's Daddy!"
My favourite is the routine one.

I love the one where Monica, Ross and Richard go to Jack's birthday party (Ross and Monica's dad), and Monica is trying to arrange them outside the door, so that nobody will suspect she and Richard are a couple.

What about the one wit Monica and chandlers rehearsal dinner when his parents meet for the first time in ages:
'Arent you a little old to be wearing a dress like that?'
'Dont you have a little too much penis to be wearing a dress like that?'

The one where Joey lies on his CV about having dance training and ends up having to teach the class- "Jazz hands"!

The one where someone steals Monica's identity and she stalks her and pretends to be called "Monona- it's Pennsylvania Dutch!"

I also loved all episodes with Mike and the one where Rachel convinces Ross's girlfriend to shave her head.

The duck and chick one...

Just remember the one where joey arrives at the end with rachel eating cake off the floor in the corridor and he takes out a fork ans sits down with her and says what we have here. I think joey gets the best lines. Also love the one at xmas where rachel makes a dinner mixed in one dish with roast dinner to desert. Lots of information happened in about 2 mins and ross'S mum has the best line...
