I'm the most indecisive person and my list of potential names is getting longer not shorter!
I want a shortish easy name for a male kitten.
So far I have joey, Oscar, Sam, jasper, Leo, Archie, Alfie

I'll post a pic of him so you can see what you think suits the best, he is a tabby/stripey British shorthair cross.

Or please feel free to share any other names you think of :)

I second the M on his head!

What about Max or Mowgli?

TheBatteriesHaveRunOut · 22/11/2014 09:34

Nigel is a fantastic name for a cat.

YeGodsAndLittleFishes · 22/11/2014 09:34

How about calling him by the last lame of a famous Oscar, Jasper, Alfie, Nate etc? We really regretted giving our last cats people's names.

juliascurr · 22/11/2014 09:34

Dave. Definitely Dave.

Castlemilk · 22/11/2014 09:43

Don't know why I am suggesting really, our cat never gets called by her real name- normally I call her puddington...

allypally999 · 22/11/2014 09:44

Castlemilk · 22/11/2014 09:46

Ha ha! OP of your shortlist I like Simon, but Simon's Cat is the cartoon, how about Spencer?

Iliveinalighthousewiththeghost · 22/11/2014 10:04

He's cute. You must be so excited on going to collect your fur baby.
With it being near to Christmas, give him a Christmas name.
Joseph.
Nicholas
Noel
Gabriel.
Slanleat, I agree, Alan is a fab name for a cat.

WaroftheRoses · 22/11/2014 10:07

Brian

Or Trevor

Or Humphrey

catnipkitty · 22/11/2014 10:10

He's GORGEOUS. My cat is similar looking, a very handsome tabby (though 18 years old now) and is called Oscar, so that's the one I'd pick!!

maddening · 22/11/2014 10:15

Growl tiger or Cap Morgan from ts Elliot's practical cats?

maddening · 22/11/2014 10:15

Hatespiders · 22/11/2014 11:25

Well, over the years (seventy!) there's been Binky, Sooty, Ginger, Gussie, AndyPandy, Simon, Simpson, Sammy, Solo, Minty, Mindy, Misty, SmokyPoky, Billy, Lucky and Murphy. Not very imaginative I'm afraid. The thing is to find a name you can easily call to fetch him in. Arbuthnot for example would be a bad choice for that reason.
I'm coming round yours this afternoon to have a cuddle with your sweetie Kitten. He looks absolutely adorable!

smileybadger · 22/11/2014 11:42
